Dental service chief job description

MCR Health is seeking a Chief of Dentistry to lead the dental department within the organization. Currently, MCR Health has 2 dental locations along with a mobile unit operating in Manatee County.

Headquartered in Bradenton, Florida with offices in Manatee, Sarasota, Hardee and DeSoto counties where you can soak up the sun and smile year-round. The Chief of Dentistry is responsible for the day to day management and function of all the dental activities of the company which can also include training and evaluation of the dental staff. The Chief of Dentistry is responsible for the smooth and effective operation of the dental department and for the management and supervision of personnel, client / patient relations and satisfaction, and serving as a role model and providing leadership to the company's dentists, dental hygienists and dental assistants. The Chief of Dentistry ensures that quality, compassionate, comprehensive dental care is provided to patients with an emphasis on dental health education and preventive care.

The ideal candidate is a DDS or DMD. 10+ years of experience is preferred with supervision and office management required. Florida licensure is required. Bilingual is a plus. • Current Florida License DDS or DMD
