Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations. Ensure treatment plan is reviewed with each family and receive informed consents for treatments services. Deliver quality dental care to every patient. Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areas. Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPPA and OSHA regulations. About the Opportunity: We are seeking a full-time Dentist to join our team at a community-focused health clinic in Mauston, WI. This organization provides comprehensive dental care to underserved populations, offering a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The clinic is part of a network dedicated to improving access to quality healthcare, including oral health services, in small-town and rural communities. Mauston is a charming city in central Wisconsin, known for its welcoming community, scenic natural surroundings, and excellent quality of life. It offers a peaceful, family-friendly environment with local schools, recreational opportunities, and a close-knit community atmosphere, making it an ideal location for work-life balance. Schedule: Hours vary between 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM Friday. Full-time providers typically work a 40-hour week, in either 4-10 hour or 5-8 hour shifts, with a 30-60 minute lunch break and two hours of administrative time per week. Daily schedules are developed collaboratively with the clinical chief and provider, under the oversight of the Practice Manager. Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (extended hours coming soon on Mondays and Thursdays).
