Must-Have Qualifications: • DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program • Active North Carolina dental license or ability to obtain • Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience (not open to new graduates) • Excellent bedside manner with a patient-first approach • Strong proficiency in bread-and-butter dentistry • CEREC experience Nice-to-Have Qualifications: • Experience with or interest in clear aligner therapy • Familiarity with digital workflows such as iTero or 3D printing • Ability to perform a wide range of procedures to keep treatment in-house Scope of Work: The ideal provider will be experienced in comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative dentistry, crown and bridge, same-day CEREC crowns, simple and some surgical extractions, cosmetic dentistry, clear aligner therapy, preventive care, and treatment planning centered on patient education. You will step into a productive schedule supported by two hygienists, three assistants, and steady new patient flow.
