Collaborative care: Partner with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff to deliver seamless, high-quality care. Accurate documentation: Maintain thorough patient records in compliance with state and practice regulations. Professional development: Stay current with advancements in implantology, digital dentistry, and surgical techniques. Requirements: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active California dental license in good standing. Completion of specialized training or certification in implant dentistry. Minimum 3 years of implant or oral surgery experience (preferred). Proficiency in digital treatment planning, implant placement, and advanced bone grafting techniques. Strong understanding of oral and maxillofacial anatomy, prosthetics, and surgical protocols.
