PRIMARY PURPOSE Dentists provide optimal dental care that both addresses and reduces the oral health disparities among the population served by LCH&D. They diagnose and treat issues related to the teeth, gums, and oral health in general. Dentists also educate and instruct patients and their caregivers on proper oral health practices and techniques.
