Supervise and manage the overall operations of both front and back-office staff, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality care. Prioritize quality patient care in every aspect of the practice. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience performing dentistry in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in placing implants, performing wisdom teeth extractions, and completing all endodontic treatments is a huge plus. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ambitious and motivated to grow within a thriving practice. Current dental license, DEA certification, and CPR/BLS certification required. Additional Information: Both full-time and part-time positions require availability on Saturdays and Mondays.
