Searching for a team oriented , open-minded, flexible doc who gravitates towards/enjoys oral surgery aspect of dentistry We are open Monday to Thurs and Friday by appointment Averaging 12-16 denture/partial units and between 30-70 EXTs per day Average 4-6 new patient consults per day. Currently booking consults 4 weeks in advance. What does a typical day look like? Our practice is limited to a small handful of dental procedures: dentures, extractions, and implants. 7-7:30 AM - First patients check in and fill out paperwork 7:30-9:30AM - Impressions for partials, dentures, immediate dentures, and consults for same day service 9:30-10:45AM - Post-op appointments, adjustments, soft liners, and wax try-ins Assistants handle majority of these appointments. Doc is responsible for final checks and troubleshooting any “challenging” cases. e. Mrs. Jones is in for the third time and still having sore spots or needs an occlusal adjustment. Doc always puts eyes on a post-op patient. 10:45AM-2:00 PM - Surgery including emergency EXTs and immediate denture EXTs 2-4:30/5:00PM - Deliveries and new patient consults Current facility has 8 ops and on-site lab Planmeca CBCT, KAVO ExpertSurg implant driver and straight handpiece, Bluesky Bio Implant system, rear exhaust Impact Air 45 surgical handpieces, Zoll Dental Titanium Nitride non-stick luxators, and Zoll/Schumacher/Hu-Friedy forceps Dentures are made on-site using Fricke Dental acrylic with Kulzer teeth.
