Essential Functions
We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Dentist to join our growing practice. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled dentist with a valid, in-good-standing dental license in the state of practice (DDS or DMD) who desires to lead a team through clinical excellence, patient care, and effective business management. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience performing a wide range of dental treatments, including restorative and diagnostic dentistry, and possess a strong drive to contribute to the practice's success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality dental care, including diagnostic, restorative, preventive, and emergency treatments.
Lead and collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a smooth and efficient practice environment.
Develop treatment plans and provide guidance to patients to help them achieve optimal oral health.
Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively explain diagnoses, treatment options, and procedures to patients.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring adherence to all health and safety protocols.
Manage patient flow to maintain efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Stay current with the latest dental technologies and treatment techniques.
Assist in the development of business strategies and goals to promote practice growth and profitability.
Foster a positive, supportive, and productive work environment for all team members.

Qualifications
Valid and current DDS or DMD license in the state of practice.
Active DEA
Minimum of 3 years of experience in general dentistry, with a focus on restorative and diagnostic care.
Invisalign Certification or willingness to be certified
Strong clinical skills and experience with a variety of dental treatments.
Proven ability to lead a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay Range USD $150,000.00 - USD $250,000.00 /Yr.
