Position Summary
We are seeking a General Dentist to join our growing dental team. Working collaboratively with dental leadership and clinical staff, this role provides comprehensive dental care including diagnosis, preventive services, and restorative treatment in accordance with Florida statutes and TFHC policies and procedures.
This position plays a key role in supporting TFHC's dental program while delivering high-quality, patient-centered oral healthcare to an underserved population.
Essential Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat dental and oral diseases
Provide preventive, restorative, and general dental services
Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans
Participate in emergency call coverage as assigned
Support and assist with in-house dental training initiatives
Supervise and collaborate with dental assistants and assigned staff
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with patients and coworkers
Uphold all clinical quality, safety, and compliance standards
Perform other duties as assigned by the Dental Director or Dental Leadership
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited School of Dentistry (required)
Active Florida Dental License in good standing (required)
Current DEA registration (required)
Current CPR certification
Previous general dentistry experience preferred, but not required
Open to new graduates

Qualifications
