Treat patients under moderate sedation and office-based general anesthesia (mentorship provided if you aren't experienced in this aspect). Secure hospital privileges to care for special needs patients at the local childrens hospital. (Helen DeVos Childrens Hospital) Communicate treatment confidently with parents and caregivers. Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and a 40+ member team across two state-of-the-art offices. Participate in on-call rotation and remain flexible to team needs.
