Furnish, supply, construct, reproduce or repair prosthetic dentures, dentures, bridges, prescribe for or treat disease, deformity, efficiency, injury or physical conditions of the teeth or jaw or adjacent structures. 5. Extract or attempt to extract teeth or correct or attempt to correct malformations of teeth or of the jaw. 6. Repair or fill cavities in the teeth. 7.
