Construct, reproduce or repair any prosthetic denture, bridge, appliance or any other structure to be worn in the mouth with written prescriptions as a duly licensed and registered dentist; and place such appliance (s) or structure (s) in the mouth, or adjust or attempt to adjust the same, or deliver the same. 4. Furnish, supply, construct, reproduce or repair prosthetic dentures, dentures, bridges, prescribe for or treat disease, deformity, efficiency, injury or physical conditions of the teeth or jaw or adjacent structures. 5.
