Position Summary:

Your contribution to the team includes:

Primary Responsibilities:
Direct Patient Care

* Assists the Chief Dental Officer and Program Manager in the planning and evaluation of effective clinic operations
* Assist with meeting clinic quality improvement and operations goals, striving for an efficient, productive clinic
* Participates as a team member with all clinical staff to embody the principles of NeighborCare Health's Service Commitments
* Leads a team of support staff to assure services meet or exceed the expectations of patients, coworkers, the public, and community standards
* Attends and contributes at staff meetings, provider meetings, and other in-service trainings
* Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through structured continuing professional developments. Updates delivery of care based on evidence-based practices
* May participate in preceptorship of dental residents, dental assisting students, and/or as a clinical shadowing mentor
Education/Experience Requirements:
* Dental Degree required (DDS or DMD), from an American Dental Association accredited dental school
* Current Washington State Dept. of Health Dentist License
* BLS Certification
* One (1) year General Practice Residency or Advanced Education in General Dentistry or relevant 3 years of clinical practice experience.
