The HealthRIGHT 360 Integrated Care Center (ICC) provides medical, dental, and behavioral health services to those who are suffering from homelessness, addiction, mental illness, and physical disease. We provide holistic care based on harm reduction and trauma informed care models. We serve under served and marginalized populations, including those who have a history of substance use disorder, have been incarcerated, are homeless, and may have co-occurring disorders. The ICC is a fast-paced clinic environment that strives to provide an ideal integrated care model that addresses the clients health as well as psychosocial needs. Working under the supervision of the Dental Director, the full time Staff Dentist provides professional, high-quality dental diagnosis, treatment and education to a broad range of patients five days per week. Provides hands-on dental care in a variety of settings while achieving the highest levels of appropriateness, quality, efficiency, accessibility and responsiveness. Length of Temporary Assisgnment: September 2025 - March 2026 Work Schedule 1.0 FTE): Sunday from 8:00am - 5:00pm Location: 4th Street Dental Clinic Monday, Tuesdy, Wednesday, and Thurday from 8:00am - 5:00pm Location: Novato Dental Clinic Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts available. Part-time and full-time as well. Shift Differential: Evening and weekend shifts (4 hours) with direct patient contact include a 10% pay differential in addition to regular salary. Must possess a valid DDS/DMD License to practice in California. Active California Dental License & BLS Certification Active DEA License. 1 to 2 years of experience in general dentistry (GPR or AEGD a plus). Prior experience working in community health environment a plus. Prior experience working with children preferred. Oral surgery and Endodontics experience preferred. Prior experience working in bi-cultural dental clinic setting. Familiar with Electronic Health Records a plus. Required Skills and Abilities: Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required. Flexible to work evenings and weekends as necessary in either San Rafael and/or Novato clinics. Must possess good interpersonal skills to maintain and establish good relationships with dental team and patients. Excellent communication skills. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Fulfill immunization and fit for duty regulatory requirements. May be required to occasionally lift at least 20 - 25lbs.
