This practice is 16 operatories, fully digital with CEREC, CBCT, iTero, 3D printer, micro mapper and accepts PPO/FFS patients only. They're currently seeing about 150 new patients a month and they have a total of 7 hygienists on the team. They're offering a daily rate and a percentage of adjusted production with a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, STD and LTD, 401k and CE reimbursement. They're looking for a super GP who is a strong leader and who can manage both busy patient care and help and grow other providers.
