Responsibilities: * Perform routine dental exams and cleanings. * Diagnose and treat dental issues such as cavities, gum disease, and tooth decay. * Create treatment plans for patients and discuss options with them. * Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals. * Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to provide comprehensive care. * Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. * General education/counseling to patients and family members * Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and attend continuing education courses. Requirements: * Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited institution * Valid state dental license (or have applied for) a current Michigan Dental License and Controlled Substance License Position Criteria: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work well in a team environment * Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills * Candidates with knowledge of Dentrix also helpful. * Float as needed between Dental sites for patient care.
