Our patients come to us with stories, fears, goals, and real lives-and we see it as an honor to meet them with kindness, clarity, and clinical excellence. We're here to build trust that lasts, create relationships that matter, and deliver care that truly helps people live healthier, more confident lives.
We're looking for a General Dentist who wants to practice in a place where the work is meaningful, the team feels like a team, and the standard is always: do what's right for the patient and for each other.
Our mission
To empower healers and educators to provide patients with world class care and achieve optimal health.
The kind of place Teeth & Co. is
We're built on values you can feel the moment you walk in:
Patient Obsession - we sweat the details because patients deserve the best
Relationship Driven - we build trust with families and with each other, for the long haul
Golden Rule Patient Care - we recommend what we'd want for our own loved ones
Golden Rule Team Care - we show up for each other, especially when it counts
Team Empowerment & Development - we grow people, not just schedules
Doctor Clinical Autonomy - your clinical judgment is protected and respected
What you'll do
You'll provide comprehensive general dentistry while creating the kind of experience patients talk about years later:
Deliver restorative, preventive, and diagnostic care with consistency and excellence
Build trust through calm, confident communication and thoughtful treatment planning
Help patients feel safe-especially those who arrive anxious or hesitant
Partner closely with hygienists, assistants, and front office teammates to create a seamless, supportive visit
Contribute to a culture where feedback is kind, standards are high, and everyone is rooting for each other
Keep learning, improving, and sharing what you know-because we get better together
Who you are
You'll thrive here if you're the kind of clinician who leads with both skill and heart:
DDS/DMD from an accredited program; active/eligible Wisconsin dental license
Clinically grounded and committed to doing what's best-always
Warm, steady communicator who can explain clearly without overwhelming
Team-first mindset: you respect every role, and you make the room better
Growth-oriented, coachable, and proud to keep sharpening your craft
Energized by relationship-based care and long-term patient trust
What we offer (high level)
Competitive compensation model with a base salary and unlimited potential to earn through production incentives
Systems and support so you can focus on great care, not constant chaos
Coaching, mentorship, and a provider community that shares wins and lessons
A culture that protects doctor autonomy and elevates clinical standards
A workplace where kindness and accountability coexist-and people genuinely enjoy coming to work
An opportunity to earn equity in the practice so you can be a top flight clinician while also being a mostly passive investor in a healthcare business.
How to apply
Send your resume and complete a short task in the application. If you're looking for a practice where you can do dentistry with purpose-and be part of a team that truly supports one another-we'd love to meet you!
