Dentists with a DDS or DMD who possess a current unrestricted North Carolina dental license and an active DEA number and has occupational experience in the application of fourhanded dentistry principles, required. Evidence of academic preparation consistent with the American Dental Association Commission standards for accreditation, required. This includes documented background in educational methodology, techniques, and instruction. Two calendar years or the equivalent of full time clinical experience as a dentist, required. Current certification with American Heart Association BLS/CPR with AED for Adult and Child, required. Prior teaching experience in a CODA-accredited institution, preferred. Official transcripts, including other documentation verifying all reported educational qualifications, are required. Unofficial transcripts will be accepted for application purposes.
