Customer Accounts Advisor
Aaron's Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customer, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with the product. As a Customer Account Advisor, you will build relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face to help bring them one-step closer to ownership.

The Work
Attainment and upkeep of customers' accounts including maintaining updated customer information in the store computer system and documenting all customer payment appointments.
Direct contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s) both in home visits and over the phone
Sell customers on the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments
Assist the Customer Account Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals
Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management
Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned
Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets daily
Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle
Safely operate company vehicle
Assist the Sales Team as needed
Any reasonable duties requested by management
Requirements
United States at least 21 years old with a valid state Driver's License and compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy; including satisfactory MVR (driving record). Canada at least the age of 18.
Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states (United States)
Ability to work schedule of hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly
Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred

Position Classification

What will the schedule look like?
Residents will work 40 hours (full-time) per week. The schedule will vary by department, but will largely be suited between Sunday-Thursday.
Part-time residencies (28 hours per week) are available, if desired.
How is a resident different from being a staff member at The Village Church?
The only difference is that you will not officially be on The Village Church's payroll since you will be raising support with Reliant. You will be involved in all staff meetings/events and given staff responsibilities and experiences.
Are residents paid?
Yes, but residents raise financial support to provide a salary (and benefits if needed) for one year.
Why do you have residents raise support?
In the western church, nearly all church staff are supported by charitable giving, either through the church's budget or individual support-raising. Both types of support are needed and uniquely used in raising up the next generation of spiritual leaders.
TVC views support-raising as a strategic, missional, and ministerially beneficial way to mobilize Residents for ministry in our local context and beyond. Residents who individually support-raise for their salary enable The Village Church to continue to discover, develop, and deploy the next generation of spiritual leaders on a larger scale than we can through the traditional budget, alone.
We believe that support-raising comes with both benefits and challenges for those raising to become Residents. We hope that it provides the opportunity for the Resident to not only become well-funded for ministry at TVC but also to experience the character and faith-building endeavor of trusting the Lord for His provision and asking the Body of Christ to participate in ministry with them. After the residency, each Resident now has a team of people who are invested and supportive in their ministry's future.
How do residents raise support?
Residents go through mandatory training with Reliant, our partnering organization, to learn how to raise support and manage financial gifts and supports. Upon acceptance of an application, individuals will register for training, gain access to the online course content, and start preparing for the workshopping days listed above.
Can I work as a Resident at The Village Church and have another job?
Keeping a full-time job if you are a full-time resident would not be feasible. The majority of hours necessary require Residents to work in our offices throughout the week to gain experience.
Is housing provided?
Housing is not provided and participants are responsible for managing housing on their own. In addition, the resident will be responsible for any moving expenses.

Assist with practices, evaluation and scheduled tournaments to promote individual growth in athletic skills, teamwork, discipline and respect that honor The Lord.
Prayer is required before each game and is led by the coach or the athlete.
Shall handle any discipline situation that occurs on their team and may seek the assistance of the Athletic Director, if necessary.
Shall call to the attention of the Athletic Director any incidents of conduct on the part of coaches, officials, players, or spectators, which seem to be detrimental to the best interest of the sport, school, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
Shall maintain a good rapport with the official(s) associated with the administration of the contest and handle themselves in such a manner that he/she represents Christ in a positive manner and sets an example for the athletes.
Is responsible for all equipment during practice and games, issuing uniforms to the athletes, and reporting any problems with said uniforms.
Is responsible to notify all players of times and places in regard to games and practices.
Ensures proper conduct of players at all times during practice, games, and trips.
If an injury should occur, immediate, qualified assistance should be sought if the coach determines it to be necessary. The coach should report serious injuries to the Athletic Director and to the parent(s) of the injured athletes.
Report game results to the Athletic Director.
Maintain and uphold the religious standards of Faith Christian School to include the Lifestyle Statement, Staff Covenant and Statement of Faith.
Responsible to disciple, instruct and actively pray for the students on our campus.

Qualifications:
Must possess and model a personal authentic relationship with Jesus Christ.
Must be a person with spiritual, academic and leadership abilities that will allow him/her to "train up a child in the way he should go."
The coach shall be knowledgeable about the sport he/she is coaching.
Prefer golf coaching experience at the high school level.
Ability to manage confidential information.
Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with the President and Boards expectations, established school policies and procedures, and the school mission and core values.
A High School diploma is required. A Bachelors Degree and Teaching Certification preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills of the English language.

WHAT IS A MEDICAL SCRIBE? A medical scribe is a trained documentation specialist who charts patient encounters in real time. Scribes will be working for clinic physicians and will be exposed to medical procedures, medical terminology, and anatomy and physiology.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Accompany physicians to accurately record and document patient visits and procedures. - Create and review medical charts for accuracy and completion in accordance with practice guidelines. - Assist in completing charts by transcribing results of patient and doctor consultations. - Record diagnosis, discharge, prescriptions, and/or follow-up instructions. - Perform other duties as assigned by the practice manager or physician.
