Lisa Yankie is a SVP, Chief HR & Communications Officer at Dentsply Sirona and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. She has worked as Senior Vice President (SVP) HR at Bank of America, Vice President Human Resources at Domtar, and Global HR Leader at Ford. Lisa studied at Michigan State University School of Human Resources and Labor Relations and UNSW.

Dr. Cord F. Staehler joined the Company on May 1, 2019 and has served as Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer since May 22, 2019.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Staehler was with Merck KGaA, a multinational pharmaceutical, chemical and life sciences company, where for nearly four years, he was Senior Vice President & Head of the Global Medical Device & Service Business based in Geneva, Switzerland. In this capacity, he led global business operations, including product development, key account management, supply chain, field service, call centers, customer training, complaints handling and quality assurance in 48 countries.

Additionally, he oversaw the Merck Healthcare strategic initiative to build and expand digital capabilities, ranging from R&D to digital-go-to-market, including governance, organization, process setup and implementation. Previously, he was Chief Technology Officer for five years at Siemens Healthcare, a global leader in diagnostics, where he was based in Erlangen, Germany and Berkeley, California. He was the founding CTO and CEO for a diverse set of companies ranging from instrumentation and software for gene analysis and NGS to synthetic biology, molecular biomarkers and Genetic IVD. He led all stages of a venture from initiation to launch and growth with sales and operations in Europe, the U.S. and Asia.

Dr. Cord F. Staehler earned an undergraduate degree in Engineering from the University of Karlsruhe and holds a master’s degree in Theoretical Mechanical Engineering from the University of Siegen and a PhD in Human Genetics from the University of Saarland.

Donald Casey is Chief Executive Officer of Dentsply Sirona. He has more than 30 years of global health care experience and an outstanding track record in identifying and commercializing medical innovations. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of the Medical segment of Cardinal Health, a leading manufacturer and provider of medical products and supply chain services to hospitals, laboratories, physician offices, surgery centers and other sites of care across the health care continuum. Under Don Casey's leadership as the CEO of the Medical segment, he repositioned the segment and delivered consistent revenue and operating income growth, meaningful margin expansion and helped position the segment for sustainable growth going forward.



Prior to Cardinal Health, Mr. Casey served as Chief Executive Officer of the Gary and Mary West Wireless Health Institute, a non-profit research organization focused on lowering the cost of health care through novel technology solutions from 2010 to 2012. Previously, Mr. Casey served as worldwide chairman for Johnson & Johnson's comprehensive care group and a member of the company's executive committee, where he oversaw its cardiovascular, diagnostic, diabetes and vision care franchises around the world. Mr. Casey began his career with Johnson & Johnson in 1985, advancing into executive positions throughout the company's consumer, pharmaceutical and medical device franchises.



Mr. Casey serves on the board of the nonprofit Gary and Mary West Senior Dental Center organization and previously had served on the boards of AdvaMed, the James Foundation, Surgical Specialties (formerly AngioTech) and West Corp. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master of business administration degree from the University of Notre Dame.
