The Senior Account Director is a leadership role in Account Management ensuring the successful delivery of digital transformation projects. Nurture long-term client relationships that deliver mutual value
Manage complex digital engagements and lead teams to create strategic solutions

Use your experience to identify opportunities for growth and collaboration, being a trusted advisor to clients
Develop stories through use of carefully narrated presentations to manage and align executive communications
Provide leadership of strategic planning efforts, advisory/strategy consulting engagements, and “accountability” for the quality and growth of ongoing client work
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 8 years experience in relevant digital experience disciplines
Proven experience in client management roles, with experience driving client retention and business growth
Experience managing, and developing a team of who are responsible for the day-to-day execution of client programs; Able to work collaboratively across cross functional teams and geographic locations
Experience managing the financial aspects of a book of business including forecasting revenue, costs, profit margins, invoicing, reporting financials to company executives, etc.

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000 - $182,850 / year. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities:
Assist the machine operator in arranging and maintaining an efficient and organized work area
Remove trays of cards from boxes and place them behind the appropriate feeders
Inspect trays of cards for defects, cutting, or printing errors, and ensure they meet established quality standards
Load verified cards into the correct feeders to maintain continuous production
Follow quality control procedures, safety rules, and emergency protocols
Participate in the company recycling program and maintain a clean, orderly work environment
Perform additional duties as assigned by the machine operator or supervisor
Requirements:
This position is entry-level, no experience needed
Ability to safely and successfully perform all essential job functions
Ability to meet quality and productivity standards
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
Ability to stand for the entire shift and walk around the warehouse
Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
Mandatory overtime may be required
Schedule:
2-2-3 Rotation (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, etc.)
Every Other Weekend
Pay Details: $15.00 to $16.15 per hour
