POSITION SUMMARY:
The objective for this role is to have primary responsibility for all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable and some general accounting responsibilities. The 585 member, by invitation only private club, hosts an 18 hole golf course, two indoor golf simulators (Foresight Quads), indoor and outdoor tennis, platform tennis, pickleball, ice hockey, lawn bowling, croquet, casual and fine dining. The club has a long history of golf championships including the Denver Open (PGA Tour Event 1962-1964), Trans-Mississippi Amateur (upcoming 2022), Pacific Coast Amateur and Curtis Cup (1984). A Golf Course renovation was completed in 2020 - Gil Hanse. The renovation has helped to secure Denver Country Club as one of the premier golf courses in the Western United States. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Washing all wares in commercial dishwashing machine or by hand
Polish all silverware, platters and chafing dishes
Collect trash from kitchen areas; empties garbage barrels, wash and reline with new bags
Examine garbage for silverware, dishes and glassware
Wash and polish all stainless steel in kitchen, including shelves, dish cabinets, ice machines, refrigerators, walk-ins. Etc.
Wash or clean receiving area and trash areas
Sweep and mop kitchen floors, as needed
Clean dish machine after each shift
Perform other tasks such as assisting in food preparation, putting away product, cleaning coolers, freezers, and storage rooms.
Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas
Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in a kitchen at least 1 year
Must be able to work morning or evening shifts.
Previous experience required.
Must have a positive, team-oriented mentality

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
