* Assist with Tourism Department projects as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY This position requires this person to perform general and complex repairs, and preventative maintenance safely and properly to club assets, and building infrastructure. POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Outlet Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Pop Stand (Golf and Poolside F&B) during summer season and Skate House (Ice Rink F&B) during winter season. This role will be responsible for the hiring, training, and supervision of outlet staff daily to ensure the highest satisfaction of our members and their guests. This position will also be responsible for monitoring inventory and labor to ensure we meet our budgeted goals. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruits, trains, and supervises the outlet staff.
Steps into server or bartender role as required.
Ensures on course snack and beverage stations are clean, organized, stocked, and refreshed throughout the day.
Works with other departments including culinary, catering, golf and racquets to ensure events and tournaments are taken care of appropriately.

Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of outlets and holds staff accountable for keeping areas clean and tidy.
Ensures menu is properly entered into POS and pricing is adjusted as needed.
Handles employee or member complaints/comments relating to the Outlets.
Assures proper inventory of all beverages related to the Pop Stand and Skate House monthly.
Regularly inspects all equipment behind the bar to ensure that it is in proper working order.
Assists Clubhouse F&B staff with service and events as needed.

Utilizes leftovers, assists in the planning of daily/weekly specials and instructs cooks on preparation and cooking

Position Summary
The Skate House Supervisor is a front-of-house leader at our Skate House facility at the Denver Country Club, responsible for overseeing daily operations at the Skate House. RESPONSIBILITES:
Organize and set up kitchen bakery station to be prepared for service
Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing bakery items
Adheres to specified recipes and standards for the restaurant and banquet events
Reviews and keeps abreast of all banquet event orders for next day requirements for functions and restaurant menu
Coordinates and times orders with other kitchen operations
Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling practices
Ensures cleanliness of all bakery related machines, including freezers and refrigerators, tables and storage to meet health department requirements
Performs other appropriate tasks as assigned by Pastry and Executive Chef
Assures that food product is made with process integrity to produce consistent outcomes
Dependability is a must. Must be able to show up to work on scheduled shifts; must show up on time; must be willing to go above and beyond to assure the satisfaction of our Membership.
QUALIFICATIONS
2-5 years Pastry Cook experience, Culinary & Pastry Arts certified a plus
Must be able to stand and walk on your feet for hours at a time
The physical demands of this position require the person to be able to stand for long periods of time, perform bending, stooping, carrying, lifting, pushing and pulling motions.
Must have manual and finger dexterity in order to handle culinary tools and equipment. Must also be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs.
Must be able to work morning or evening shifts, weekdays and weekends during the busy season.
Must have a positive, team-oriented mentality.
Must be dependable.
