Who You Are As a part-time instructor in the Business & Computing Technology Department, you will provide instruction in all levels of Business Statistics, including certificate and/or transfer levels. Course assignments will be made based on experience. You will work individually, as well as in collaboration with colleagues, to develop innovative curriculum which meets the needs of our diverse population of students. Student retention and success is your top priority. You will utilize technology and effective teaching strategies to develop students' critical thinking skills. You may be asked to teach at different times, locations and modalities to meet the needs of the College. This position does have the opportunity to work remotely occasionally but does require a strong on-campus presence and may require occasional travel to all three FRCC campuses. SALARY:The pay range for Part-Time Instructors varies, depending on the type of course, the contact ratio and contact hours. Related Degree, Credential, and/or Occupational Experience in:Business, Business Management, Leadership, Marketing, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Public Policy, Public Administrative, Accounting, Finance, Law.
