Responsibilities
Create and manage the AOTVA calendar in the ArtsVision database.
Produce the weekly opera and class schedule in a timely, accurate manner.
Serve as the main AOTVA contact for any special events that involve AOTVA students.
Regularly attend, provide support for, and report on AOTVA classes, rehearsals, readings, and performances.
Coordinate with the Production Manager and Stage Manager to support rehearsals and performances throughout the season.

Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of scheduling experience required.

Strong knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office products required. Experience with ArtsVision is a plus but not required.
Experience with opera administration or stage management preferred.

The Department of Psychiatry at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a Full-time Care Coordinator to support programs within the START (Stress, Trauma and Adversity Research and Treatment ). Within START, we have 3 programs that will be supported by this role. They include routine OP services, a newly established IOP program and TASK (Trauma-Sensitive Assessment Services for Kids). Who You Are
As the Part-Time Hourly Dental Patient Coordinator, you will perform front desk tasks for the dental clinic, including patient registration, payment collection, posting payments in Dentrix, answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, and provides clinical support.

Primary Duties
Patient-Related Operations:
* Performs front desk operations in the dental clinic.
* Handles cashier and accounts receivable services for dental-related services, including processing transactions, verifying system records, classifying

* Ensures accurate cash handling, by performing opening and closing procedures, reconciling charges, and balancing collections at the end of each clinic day.
* Acts as the primary contact for all dental clinic customers, providing front-line support.

Clinical Support:
* Assists with the organization and coordination of daily operations, projects, and activities within the dental clinic.

Sterilization and Infection Control:

Qualifications
