Very toxic environment to work in. Be prepared for an overabundance of overmanagement, hierarchical squabbling and snobbery, and power trapping of people into impossible tasks. The administrative hierarchy are on a power trip and the office of the president and board allow unprofessional behavior in the name of retention.
Great students and beautiful location
Students and faculty are great.
It is a beautiful place to work.
