Meeting new people who shared the same goals for the industry
Hostile work environment whenever change is proposed or implemented. Chief of Staff has no utility experience. The organization is top heavy, and management is overpaid based on the municipal utility market
Nobody really tracks your time if you are exempt :-)
Nothing. Leadership team is bought and paid for with higher than average salaries.
Remove top legacy employees in leadership roles, replace the entire leadership team with people who really intend to work for the rate payer.
