All Department Leads will contribute to team success under the guidance and direction of the General Manager. Consistently creating results for customers, teammates and the company Responsible for ensuring the customers are greeted courteously and receive a high level of customer service Lead, motivate, and manage a team to ensure excellent customer service and maximum efficiency.
