Recruit candidates who not only demonstrate the skills and experience required, but also embody the attitude, values, and behaviours aligned with Zimmermann's luxury brand standards.
Ensure the recruitment process reinforces Zimmermann's culture of inclusivity, professionalism, and excellence - making all candidates feel valued, respected, and engaged throughout.

All deliveries, transfers, consignments and returns are processed accurately and on time.
Daily and weekly stock receipting and consolidating are completed, with discrepancies investigated promptly.
Goods-in-transit and reservations are monitored and followed up within policy timelines.
Stocktakes are prepared, executed and reconciled with 100% accuracy.
Oversee and support the execution of all loss prevention procedures, including:
Ensuring team awareness and compliance with theft prevention protocols.
Immediate escalation and thorough investigation of theft or stock discrepancies.
Ensuring police and centre security reporting is actioned in line with company policy.
Regular review of shrinkage reports, trends and corrective actions with Operations Manager.
Team compliance with bag checks
Monitor store-wide adherence to loss prevention, WHS/OSHA and operational policies, ensuring accountability at all levels.
VIC & CENTRE EVENTS

Upon completion of (26) weeks of full-time employment with the City, employee shall be entitled to utilize up to five (5) floating holidays per fiscal year. Floating holidays shall not carry over to the next fiscal year.
Perfect Attendance:
For every six (6) months period (April 1 - September 30) and (October 1 - March 31) in which, no sick or unpaid leave is utilized, an employee shall receive 10 hours of annual leave credited. Employees who qualify for a consecutive Perfect Attendance benefit shall receive 14 hours of annual leave credited for each applicable consecutive earning period.
Sick Leave:
Each employee earns (96) hours (12 days) of sick leave annually with no waiting period for use and maximum accrual of 1,440 hours. Upon separation of City employment due to resignation, employee shall receive payment of all accrued sick leave at a rate of twenty-five percent (25%) of the employee's current rate of pay at time of resignation. Upon separation of employment due to retirement, employee shall receive payment of all accrued sick leave at a rate of fifty percent (50%) of the employee's current rate of pay at the time of retirement.
Sick Leave Conversion:
After completion of one (1) year of continuous, full-time employment with the City, an employee may convert their unused portion of their first six (6) days (maximum of forty-eight (48) hours) of accrued sick leave into annual leave. Conversions are subject to the following: A minimum of 96 unused sick leave hours accrued prior to hours being converted, total eligible sick leave hours to be converted shall be reduced hour-for-hour by any sick leave hours utilized during the eligible benefit period, and conversion subject to annual leave accrual cap.

Position Summary
The Aventura Mall Holiday Village team will offer assistance to customers visting the Santa Experience for the holiday season. Our goal is to help spread cheer and goodwill among all our Holiday Village guests.
Responsibilities:
Direct and expedite guest visits with Santa
Take photos (on proprietary equipment)
Assist with crowd control while maintaining a cheerful disposition
Interact with customers in a polite and friendly manner
Excellent communication with daily staff and management team
Qualifications:
1 year of Customer service experience preferred
Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner.
Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels
Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company need

Job Description
What You'll Do
As a Team Leader, you will motivate and coach your team of Sales Associates to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience, while optimizing sales. You will lead a team by providing ‘in the moment' coaching and training on Primark ways of working with ongoing feedback. Supporting the colleague experience, you will engage the Sales Associates in your team with an emphasis on recognition, communication, and wellbeing.
Daily, you will collaborate with the store management team to support the running of the store and develop a high performing and engaged retail team. Here is how it looks in action:
Managing an allocated section of a department; supporting colleagues to create inspiring displays and managing daily task allocation to keep your team engaged.
Helping other managers with the day-to-day running of the store.
Assist with recruitment, on-boarding, and development of Sales Associates while supporting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Managing the cash lanes and Fitting Room areas as needed.
Helping with customer feedback and complaints.
Managing stock file accuracy and driving improved availably in-store with a consistent focus on size and option control to meet customer demand.
Manage all pricing in line with Primark Pricing Principles. Monitoring pricing for accuracy, check markdowns are applied and monitored, and appropriate POS are displayed.

What You'll Bring
Overseeing a team of Sales Associates and reporting directly to the Department Manager requires a bold team player to take the reins. Here's what we need from you:
Excellent people skills to serve customers, lead the team and build credible working relationships with all store colleagues.
Strong service focus with experience of delivering excellent customer experience while maintaining high store standards.
Good commercial awareness and understanding of local selling patterns.
Ability to guide and support a team to achieve results.
You are nimble and adaptable, being able to flex your plans and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good planning and organizational skills, prioritizing and working within agreed timescales.
Experience supporting store management with the protection of people, property and premises by securing cash, stock and property. Keyholder responsibility including availability for emergency call outs.
Ability to effectively manage difficult situations and have good problem-solving skills.
Position holder must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently, orally and in writing, with managers, supervisors, and hourly colleagues in English to provide instruction, coaching, corrective action, safety instructions and lead teams as a manager daily and in emergencies. Position holder must also be able to provide amazing customer service in English, which includes being able to orally communicate with customers in English and monitor the performance of English-speaking colleagues whose job duties require communication with customers.

The pay range for this role is: $24/HR - $27/HR

What We're Looking For
* 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership
* 1+ year of management experience preferred
* Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments
* Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales
Must Haves for This Role
* High School Diploma or GED, in progress or completed
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed
* Willing to obtain and maintain food handler and alcohol server permits (if required)
