Too much bureaucracy at times - but not too often but it can be burdensome, Need to review and update info systems and products used in offices. Security issues and protecting data are important elements that need more oversight.

Great mentors available, good opportunities to study and advance in career areas, challenging work and so far I have had good supervisors in my field. Good operrational budget and good equipment.
