In this on-call position, you will be required to work at least three (3) shifts per month, having evening and weekend availability, working no more than 1000 hours per year. We offer a $2.00 per hour shift differential for our second shift and $2.50 for our overnight shift.
Responsibilities
Supports maintenance of a safe, therapeutic environment for clients seeking services through Crisis Recovery Center programs on the Substance Use Stabilization Unit, Adult Mental Health Unit, and Youth Mental Health Unit, as well as in Crisis Residential.
Facilitates client safety and quality care in Crisis Residential and Crisis Recovery Center Programs, through completion of client rounding and belongings checks
Assists with client medication observation in Crisis programming as needed
Performs tasks related to maintaining environmental standards in crisis programming
Assist in de-escalation of clients experiencing a mental health crisis through engagement with client and coordination with team members providing clinical intervention.
Completion of required documentation within established timeframes, through use of an Electronic Client Record
Participates in team meetings to assess clients' progress.
Participates in emergency response activities as assigned.
Requirements
A qualified candidate must possess a valid State of Illinois Driver's license and have a good driving record. New employees are required to attend paid on-site, HR New Hire Orientation at our Central Public Health Center in Wheaton, during our day shift generally, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, for one week. Must have flexibility to work on the day shift for two weeks of additional training on site at the CRC.

Role description
Under general supervision, Protective Service Workers perform professional investigation, case management, and casework services at the Family & Children's Services program. This includes activities related to: engagement of children, youth and families; assessment of safety and risk; case planning and service delivery; and transitioning children and families to appropriate permanent and stable living situations.
ESSENTIAL TASK AND DUTIES

* Partnering with families, communities, and service providers to build a supportive team that addresses the safety, health, and well-being needs of the child, youth, and family.
* Exploring safety, well-being, family relationships and natural supports through interviewing, field visits, and gathering collateral information in a timely manner.
* Conducting comprehensive assessments of safety, risk and protective capacity utilizing designated assessment tools. Taking appropriate action to ensure child safety, including promoting family strengths, mitigating safety threats and/or removal of children from the home.

How to qualify
1. Education
a. Possession of a Master's Degree in Social Work from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work education (CSWE);
OR
b. Possession of a Master's Degree from a two-year (2) counseling program from an accredited college or university. (Qualifying Master's Degrees in counseling include Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Addiction Counseling and Counseling Psychology that included a supervised field placement as part of the course curriculum).
AND
2. Experience
a. Satisfactory completion of two semesters of graduate field placement, which involved the provision of direct services to families or children in one of the following or closely related areas: child welfare, family counseling, juvenile probation, pediatric social work, adolescent alcohol and drug counseling or school social work;
OR
b. Six (6) months post baccalaureate professional work experience which involved the provision of direct services to families or children in one of the areas previously described.
AND
3. License: Possession of a valid California class C driver's license and clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Note: Applicants who will receive their Master's degree by the end of the current semester/quarter may submit a written request to be placed on the eligible list under waiver pending receipt of the Master's degree; for these applicants, appointment referral is contingent upon verification of the required education and experience.

LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

SELECTION PROCEDURES
After application submission, candidates deemed qualified must complete all subsequent steps to advance in this selection process, which includes the following:
Written Examination - Multiple Choice (100%):
Candidates will be administered a written multiple-choice test designed to measure knowledge, skills and/or abilities in job-related areas which may include but are not limited to: ability and skill to assess, diagnose and apply intervention techniques to child, family and adult related problems; knowledge of social work methods and practices; theories of human behavior and group dynamics; interviewing, investigative and intervention techniques; child development, the aging process, parenting skills, adolescence, substance abuse, familial violence; causes and treatment of child abuse, family dynamics, death and dying; crisis intervention; and mental health/illness; needs and problems of children, families and adults from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds; community resources and community organizations; policies and procedures relating to the provision of social services; investigative techniques, reporting requirements, and court procedures related to social services; the laws, rules and regulations governing the operation of public social services agencies; therapeutic modalities and pharmacology.
A passing score must be achieved on the written multiple choice exam in order to continue in the selection process. Candidates who pass the exam will be placed on the eligible list in rank order according to their written examination score.
Score Banking: Scores attained on the Protective Services Worker Exam for Family and Children Services will be 'banked' for two years, starting from the date of the examination. This means that, during this two-year time period, candidates need not take this test again. However, after one year, a candidate has the option to either (a) keep the same score and apply their test score to the other announcement or (b) re-take the test. Re-testing is permitted no sooner than one year from the date of the test. If a candidate opts to re-test, the re-test score becomes the candidate's official score since it is the most recent.
If a significant modification is made to this exam in the future, the application of "banked" scores may no longer be appropriate. In such a rare circumstance, candidates with "banked" scores would be required to re-take the exam sooner than the two-year period specified above should they apply to another job opportunity where the modified exam is used.
What else should I know?
Eligible List/Score Report:
A confidential eligible list of applicant names that have passed the civil service examination process will be created, and used for certification purposes only. An examination score report will be established, so applicants can view the ranks, final scores and number of eligible candidates. Applicant information, including names of applicants on the eligible list, shall not be made public unless required by law. However, an eligible list shall be made available for public inspection, upon request, once the eligible list is exhausted or expired and referrals resolved. The eligible list/score report resulting from this civil service examination process is subject to change after adoption (e.g., as a result of appeals), as directed by the Human Resources Director or the Civil Service Commission.
Upon passing the exam, candidates will be placed on the eligible list for a period of 12 months.

CLASS CHARACTERISTICS
Social Worker I - Adoptions : This is the entry-level classification in the Adoptions Social Worker series. Initially under close supervision, incumbents learn and provide advanced social services casework in the area of adoptions, requiring coordination with county welfare departments, public and private social services, adoption agencies, public and private attorneys, judges, and other representatives of the court system. As experience is gained, assignments become more varied and complex; close supervision and frequent review of work lessen as an incumbent demonstrates skill to perform the work independently. Positions at this level usually perform most of the duties required of the positions as the Social Worker II - Adoptions but are not expected to function at the same skill level and usually exercise less independent discretion and judgment in matters related to work procedures and methods. Work is usually supervised while in progress and fits an established structure or pattern. Exceptions or changes in procedures are explained in detail as they arise.
Social Worker II - Adoptions: This is the journey-level classification in the Social Worker Adoptions series. Positions at this level exercise judgment and initiative in their assigned tasks and handle more difficult, sensitive and specialized cases and decisions are made where consequence of error may be significant. This class requires advanced casework skills, a high degree of program knowledge, judgement, and creativity. Positions in this class may be assigned to Children's Services and are expected to manage caseloads involving physically, sexually, and emotionally abused and/or neglected children.

Role description
Under general supervision, positions in class 2940 Protective Services Worker within the Office of the Public Conservator in the Department of Aging and Adult Services provide a broad range of clinical/advocacy services to temporary/permanent conservatees and collateral contact with a multidisciplinary team. In general, an average caseload is approximately 65 clients and can be more or less depending on case intensity and program capacity.
The target population of this office is individuals who are gravely disabled, (unable to provide for food, clothing and shelter as a result of chronic mental illness and/or chronic alcoholism), as a result of major mental illness as defined by the Diagnostic Statistical Manuel (DSM). The population also includes individuals who may have involvement with the Criminal Justice System and are being held in jail and State Hospitals or other facilities designated for those who have committed, or are alleged to have committed a crime.
The Office of Conservatorship Services has an average caseload of 700, with approximately half of these individuals placed outside of San Francisco County in either locked psychiatric facilities or residential care homes. Therefore travel is required in order to meet the needs of the conservatee and our service mandate by State and County regulations. The average number of miles driven per month is 350.
The 2940 is responsible for managing an independent caseload and is assigned mental health (LPS) conservatorship investigations as well. This involves interaction with Mental Health Court, including Public Defender and District Attorney, Department of Public Health, hospitals, jails and community agencies. In addition to assessments and making recommendations for levels of care, the conservator is also responsible for advocating these recommendations, which may at time be at conflict with the interests of other stakeholders.
Basic computer skills are required to perform charting on electronic systems (Avatar and Panoramic), emailing (the bulk of inter and intra agency communication is done through e-mail).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
According to Civil Service Commission Rule 109, the duties specified below are representative of the range of duties assigned to this job class and are not intended to be an inclusive list; may include additional duties as assigned.
* Conducts investigations to determine eligibility for psychiatric care and services, including interviews and information gathered from collateral sources.
* Conducts regular in-person visits in a variety of settings including jail, state hospital, inpatient acute psychiatric units, locked psychiatric treatment centers and skilled nursing facilities as well as community settings within and outside the City and County of San Francisco.
* Conducts crisis interventions during business hours or after hours.

How to qualify
1. Education: Possession of a master's degree in Social Work from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE);
OR
A Master's Degree from a two-year (2) counseling program from an accredited college or university. (Qualifying Master's Degrees in counseling include Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Addiction Counseling and Counseling Psychology that included a supervised field placement as part of the course curriculum).
AND
2. Experience: Satisfactory completion of two semesters of graduate field placement which involved the provision of direct services to elders and/or dependent adults and/or adults with physical, cognitive or mental health disabilities in one of the following or closely related areas: Adult Protective Services, intensive case management such as MSSP/Linkages, medical social work in a hospital or clinic, mental health program/agency, home health agency or alcohol and drug counseling and treatment program

Role description
This is the entry-level class in the Protective Services Worker series. Adult Protective Services (APS) is a state-mandated program administered by the City and County of San Francisco (CCSF), HSA, and DAS. Under general supervision by the APS program, the Protective Services Worker (PSW) receives and responds to reports of suspected "elder" and "dependent adult" abuse including neglect, self-neglect, and financial abuse. The PSW performs professional investigations and case management services to victims of abuse. This includes activities related to evaluating the level of harm or risk of harm, to the person and the estate of an "elder" or "dependent adult;" assessing biopsychosocial functioning, including the medical condition, cognitive/psychological status, and adequacy of care and support system; orchestrating ongoing services to maximize the use of community resources, and to help protect victims from further harm once the case is closed.
Essential Duties and Functions
According to Civil Service Commission Rule 109, the duties specified below are representative of the range of duties assigned to this job class and are not intended to be an inclusive list.
* Conducts unannounced visits to see elders and dependent adults in their living environment.
* Investigates the allegations and conducts a risk assessment through interviewing the victim, family, relatives, neighbors, and others to assess for immediacy.
* Arranges for immediate protective interventions and emergency services as necessary, including medical assessments, emergency shelter, or in-home protection, e.g. acts as a liaison on the medical aspects of the case with providers of services and other agencies that provide medical care, until the immediate dangers are resolved.
* Gathers, documents, and reviews important detailed financial, personal, and confidential information, and writes investigative reports, findings, and service plan notes.
* Conducts a needs assessment for clients in need of protective services.
* Develops a Service Plan and organizes the initial care plan as appropriate, including supported decision-making activities.
* Provides counseling for clients and significant others to alleviate the identified problems and to implement the service plan to restore optimum social functioning, and health adjustment within the client's capacity; assists them in order to address personal and environmental difficulties, which perpetuate poor health and dysfunction, and interfere with self-care and self-protection.
* Monitors the Service Plan and follows up through field visits and telephone contacts with clients, relatives, and other concerned individuals until the service goals have been achieved.
* Assists with multidisciplinary team meetings with healthcare providers, hospitals, and the Public Health/Mental Health Department, and other City agencies involved to further their understanding of significant social and emotional factors underlying the client's health, social, or environmental problems.
* Designs interventions in collaboration with medical professionals, social service providers, law enforcement, or other relevant systems by contributing with information to help determine the level of care and services pertinent to the client's welfare.
* Provides education to individuals and agencies on the role and authority of APS.
* Conducts public presentations about casework in a confidential, multi-disciplinary setting; collaborates and cooperates with the community and the CCSF partner agencies.
* Uses a personal computer to prepare, review, and maintain records, correspondence, and reports; manages case documentation in an APS database; maintains timely email correspondence.
How to qualify
1. Education:
Possession of a Master's Degree in Social Work from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE);
OR
Master's Degree from a two (2) year counseling program from an accredited college or university. (Qualifying Master's Degrees in counseling include Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Addiction Counseling and Counseling Psychology that included a supervised field placement as part of the course curriculum);
AND
2. Experience:
Satisfactory completion of two semesters of graduate field placement which involved the provision of direct services to elders and/or dependent adults and/or adults with physical, cognitive or mental health disabilities in one of the following or closely related areas: Adult Protective Services, intensive case management such as MSSP/Linkages, medical social work in a hospital or clinic, mental health program/agency, home health agency, or alcohol and drug counseling and treatment program;
OR
Six (6) months post-baccalaureate professional work experience which involved the provision of direct services to elders, dependent adults, or adults in one of the areas previously described.

Score Banking: Scores attained on the Protective Services Worker Exam for Adult Protective Services will be 'banked' for two years, starting from the date of the examination. This means that, during this two-year time period, candidates need not take this test again. However, after one year, a candidate has the option to either (a) keep the same score and apply their test score to the other announcement or (b) re-take the test. Re-testing is permitted no sooner than one year from the date of the test. If a candidate opts to re-test, the re-test score becomes the candidate's official score since it is the most recent.
If a significant modification is made to this exam in the future, the application of "banked" scores may no longer be appropriate. In such a rare circumstance, candidates with "banked" scores would be required to re-take the exam sooner than the two-year period specified above should they apply to another job opportunity where the modified exam is used.

Job Description Under general supervision, positions in class 2940 Protective Services Worker within the Office of the Public Conservator in the Department of Aging and Adult Services provide a broad range of clinical/advocacy services to temporary/permanent conservatees and collateral contact with a multidisciplinary team.
In general, an average caseload is approximately 65 clients and can be more or less depending on case intensity and program capacity.
The target population of this office is individuals who are gravely disabled, (unable to provide for food, clothing and shelter as a result of chronic mental illness and/or chronic alcoholism), as a result of major mental illness as defined by the Diagnostic Statistical Manuel (DSM).
The population also includes individuals who may have involvement with the Criminal Justice System and are being held in jail and State Hospitals or other facilities designated for those who have committed, or are alleged to have committed a crime.
The Office of Conservatorship Services has an average caseload of 700, with approximately half of these individuals placed outside of San Francisco County in either locked psychiatric facilities or residential care homes.
Therefore travel is required in order to meet the needs of the conservatee and our service mandate by State and County regulations.
The average number of miles driven per month is 350.
The 2940 is responsible for managing an independent caseload and is assigned mental health (LPS) conservatorship investigations as well.
This involves interaction with Mental Health Court, including Public Defender and District Attorney, Department of Public Health, hospitals, jails and community agencies.
In addition to assessments and making recommendations for levels of care, the conservator is also responsible for advocating these recommendations, which may at time be at conflict with the interests of other stakeholders.
Basic computer skills are required to perform charting on electronic systems (Avatar and Panoramic), emailing (the bulk of inter and intra agency communication is done through e-mail).

Completes various types of applications and forms related to placement, legal, financial, and medical issues.
Utilizes productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite to complete various work duties including coordinating case conferences, presentations, and communicating with team members and other necessary service providers.

Qualifications 1.
Education: Possession of a master's degree in Social Work from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE); OR A Master's Degree from a two-year (2) counseling program from an accredited college or university.
(Qualifying Master's Degrees in counseling include Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Addiction Counseling and Counseling Psychology that included a supervised field placement as part of the course curriculum).

Job Description
This is the entry-level class in the Protective Services Worker series. Adult Protective Services (APS) is a state-mandated program administered by the City and County of San Francisco (CCSF), HSA, and DAS. Under general supervision by the APS program, the Protective Services Worker (PSW) receives and responds to reports of suspected “elder” and “dependent adult” abuse including neglect, self-neglect, and financial abuse. The PSW performs professional investigations and case management services to victims of abuse. This includes activities related to evaluating the level of harm or risk of harm, to the person and the estate of an “elder” or “dependent adult;” assessing biopsychosocial functioning, including the medical condition, cognitive/psychological status, and adequacy of care and support system; orchestrating ongoing services to maximize the use of community resources, and to help protect victims from further harm once the case is closed.

Investigates the allegations and conducts a risk assessment through interviewing the victim, family, relatives, neighbors, and others to assess for immediacy.
Arranges for immediate protective interventions and emergency services as necessary, including medical assessments, emergency shelter, or in-home protection, e.g. acts as a liaison on the medical aspects of the case with providers of services and other agencies that provide medical care, until the immediate dangers are resolved.
Gathers, documents, and reviews important detailed financial, personal, and confidential information, and writes investigative reports, findings, and service plan notes.
Conducts a needs assessment for clients in need of protective services.
Develops a Service Plan and organizes the initial care plan as appropriate, including supported decision-making activities.
Provides counseling for clients and significant others to alleviate the identified problems and to implement the service plan to restore optimum social functioning, and health adjustment within the client's capacity; assists them in order to address personal and environmental difficulties, which perpetuate poor health and dysfunction, and interfere with self-care and self-protection.
Monitors the Service Plan and follows up through field visits and telephone contacts with clients, relatives, and other concerned individuals until the service goals have been achieved.
Assists with multidisciplinary team meetings with healthcare providers, hospitals, and the Public Health/Mental Health Department, and other City agencies involved to further their understanding of significant social and emotional factors underlying the client's health, social, or environmental problems.
Designs interventions in collaboration with medical professionals, social service providers, law enforcement, or other relevant systems by contributing with information to help determine the level of care and services pertinent to the client's welfare.
Provides education to individuals and agencies on the role and authority of APS.
Conducts public presentations about casework in a confidential, multi-disciplinary setting; collaborates and cooperates with the community and the CCSF partner agencies.
Uses a personal computer to prepare, review, and maintain records, correspondence, and reports; manages case documentation in an APS database; maintains timely email correspondence.
Qualifications
1. Education:
Possession of a Master's Degree in Social Work from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE);
OR
Master's Degree from a two (2) year counseling program from an accredited college or university. (Qualifying Master's Degrees in counseling include Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Addiction Counseling and Counseling Psychology that included a supervised field placement as part of the course curriculum);
AND
2. Experience:
Satisfactory completion of two semesters of graduate field placement which involved the provision of direct services to elders and/or dependent adults and/or adults with physical, cognitive or mental health disabilities in one of the following or closely related areas: Adult Protective Services, intensive case management such as MSSP/Linkages, medical social work in a hospital or clinic, mental health program/agency, home health agency, or alcohol and drug counseling and treatment program;
OR
Six (6) months post-baccalaureate professional work experience which involved the provision of direct services to elders, dependent adults, or adults in one of the areas previously described.

This means that, during this two-year time period, candidates need not take this test again. However, after one year, a candidate has the option to either (a) keep the same score and apply their test score to the other announcement or (b) re-take the test. Re-testing is permitted no sooner than one year from the date of the test. If a candidate opts to re-test, the re-test score becomes the candidate's official score since it is the most recent.
If a significant modification is made to this exam in the future, the application of “banked” scores may no longer be appropriate. In such a rare circumstance, candidates with “banked” scores would be required to re-take the exam sooner than the two-year period specified above should they apply to another job opportunity where the modified exam is used.

Job Description
Under general supervision, Protective Service Workers perform professional investigation, case management, and casework services at the Family & Children's Services program. This includes activities related to: engagement of children, youth and families; assessment of safety and risk; case planning and service delivery; and transitioning children and families to appropriate permanent and stable living situations.
ESSENTIAL TASK AND DUTIES

Partnering with families, communities, and service providers to build a supportive team that addresses the safety, health, and well-being needs of the child, youth, and family.
Exploring safety, well-being, family relationships and natural supports through interviewing, field visits, and gathering collateral information in a timely manner.

Staying abreast of latest polices, initiatives, and best practices by attending trainings, reading literature reviews, accessing various online child welfare resources and participating in work groups and site teams to contribute to the development of policies.
Ensuring all assigned cases meet compliance standards and scheduling work accordingly.
Testifying in Court and adhering to Court protocol in compliance with legal requirements.
Ensuring the well-being of children placed in homes by identifying homes to meet children's needs and closely monitoring their placement and providing assistance to out of home care providers so that children go to mandatory parental visits, medical and dental appointments in order to comply with mandatory county and state procedures, rules and regulations.
Preparing written correspondence, electronic records and court reports by maintaining well documented records in a clear and timely manner according to agency procedures.

Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
Provides care management support services for consumers undergoing protective service investigations.
Assists senior caseworkers by conducting reassessment visits, sets up in-home services, performs service-related errands and completes necessary case documentation for all service activities.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
This employee reports to and has frequent contact with supervisor concerning care management issues and work assignments.
Supervisory meetings are held monthly to review workload, and to discuss specific assignments, issues and concerns, and employee matters.
Supervisor oversees work by obtaining feedback from senior caseworkers and reviewing the timeliness, completeness and accuracy of case entries, and case records in SAMS database.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Follows direction of senior caseworkers in establishing service for protective service consumers requiring in-home services and supports. Manages consumer cases. Completes comprehensive Individualized Service Plans (based on medical model and assessed need), documents according to requirements, interprets program policies and monitors consumer situations and provision of services on regular basis via home visits and phone contacts with consumers and caregivers to insure that services meet the needs of the consumer. Ensures a smooth and sucessful transition to other care mangagement service (OPTIONS/CSP/Community Health Choices). (40%).
Performs support service on behalf of the senior caseworkers including reassessment visits with consumer prior to case closure or transfer, conducts consumer errands and other related tasks at the direction of senior caseworker or supervisor. (25%).
Completes required paperwork and case documentation. Utilizes quality assurance reports to ensure all case documentation is complete and accurate (35%).
In the course of performing job duties, employee will be required on a routine basis to provide own transportation to consumers homes, meetings and other job-related appointments and access those locations without special accommodations.
OTHER SPECIFIC TASKS OR DUTIES
Maintains accurate knowledge of all aging services and thorough working knowledge of community services.
Attends all mandated training sponsored by Department of Aging relative to community services and programs (including enrichment sessions).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Successful completion of six (6) months of experience with the County as a Caseworker Trainee; or

The Department's responsibilities include 1) planning and coordination of state/federal investments into programs and services aimed at improving quality of life for senior adults across the region, 2) coordinating services among a network of senior centers and providers, 3) providing counseling/ assessments to help Middle Tennesseans enroll in programs and services, and 4) monitoring the performance of grant-funded programs to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
GNRC's CHOICES Intake team helps to screen and assess older adults who may be eligible for the TennCare sponsored CHOICES program funded through Medicaid. CHOICES provides nursing facility services and home and community-based services for adults 21 years of age and older with a physical disability and seniors (age 65 and older).
Responsibilities of this position may include:
Help inform older adults about programs and services available to assist with long-term care, transportation, nutrition, or other needs as appropriate,
Conduct telephone and in-person screenings and assessments with clients across the Middle Tennessee area,
Complete pre-admission evaluations and collect financial and medical history information from potential clients,
Keep informed on aging and disability related issues and gather information about available resources and local service providers,
Help conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys to assist GNRC and TennCare with monitoring the quality of the process,
Document information within the appropriate systems, and
Other duties as assigned by the CHOICES Intake Program Manager or the Director of Aging and Disability Services.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate would have a bachelor's degree in social work, with an active social work license, or LPN. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in geriatrics and case management strongly preferred. Bilingual Language Skills a Plus. Foreign degrees and credentials will be considered.
Required Technology Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat software is required.
Travel Expectations: This position will require travel throughout GNRC's thirteen county region. A valid driver's license and/or access to personal transportation is required.
Remote Work Flexibility: This is not a remote position. The selected candidate will be expected to work onsite on core business days. Work from home flexibility is provided, when possible, at the discretion of the Manager.
Compensation: The minimum starting pay will depend on experience and qualifications. GNRC offers a fully paid pension through the Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System and provides an optional 401k with dollar for dollar match of up to 3% of gross salary.
