The Medical Therapy Conference (MTC) is an interdisciplinary, family-centered process that includes the client and caregiver/family, physical therapist, occupational therapist, and an MTC physician. The CCS Medical Therapy Program serves eligible children and young adults from birth through 21 years of age who have CCS MTP-eligible conditions.
