    **Your Role and Responsibilities** + Design, configure, and deploy F5 load balancers and DNS infrastructure to support application traffic distribution and high availability. + Collaborate with network architects and system administrators to integrate F5 technologies into the network infrastructure effectively. + Monitor and optimize the performance of F5 load balancers and DNS servers to ensure efficient traffic management and resolution. + Implement and maintain DNS zones, records, and policies, ensuring accuracy and consistency. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to F5 load balancing and DNS, conducting root cause analysis when necessary. + Collaborate with application teams to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance on utilizing F5 load balancing and DNS effectively. + Conduct regular capacity planning and scalability assessments for F5 load balancing infrastructure to meet current and future demands. + Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in F5 configurations and DNS deployments. + Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in F5 load balancing and DNS management. + Provide training and support to network and operations teams on F5 load balancing and DNS concepts and operations. + Daily operations and on-call support. If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $89,030 to $203,000 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl's Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan.
