What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

Team Leader Program
The Team Leader program will give you the opportunity to develop and explore your interests in hospitality. Now, about you:
Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
Are 18 years or older
Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
Have reliable transportation to and from work location
Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
