POSITION OVERVIEW:
The SSA supports the store leadership team in achieving all customer service, sales, ATF requirements, and safety standards while demonstrating outstanding customer service and leadership in the store. Responsible for opening and closing of the store, range safety and cleanliness standards, and personal sales goals. The SSA will be expected to learn the policies and procedures necessary for opening, closing and the daily operation of the store in the absence of Store Leadership.

Conduct store opening and closing procedures including cleanliness, register setup, reconciliation, and store security.
Ensure all proper firearm safety rules are followed.
Ensure that range maintenance takes place to ensure lanes are working and any issues are addressed if possible. If necessary, relaying to the manager the parts needed for repair.
Maintain compliance with all involved government agencies including 4473 and background check processes during the firearm sales process.
Remain up to date on new products that our customers have interest in.
