The Impact you will have in this role: Being a member of the Stock Dividends Team, the IC Associate will be accountable for ensuring that operational procedures are followed, and fundamental business and interpersonal skills are fostered within the team. DTC's Stock Dividends Department announces, processes, and allocates various dividend and interest payments on behalf of its participants with securities in DTC custody. In addition, the IC Associate will work with colleagues globally to ensure the seamless delivery of operations including collaboration on the day-to-day completion of work. This role is for an IC Associate in the Stock Dividends team. Your Primary Responsibilities: Executes on operational processes by following documented procedures and job aides, able to make suggestions on improving process and efficiency. Processes specialized workflows, resolves exceptions, assists with complex inquiries.
