The Impact you will have in this role: The Embedded Risk Associate supports the CFO Embedded Risk Management team in managing, monitoring, and reporting on operational risk for the CFO Financial Office. The ERM Associate is the administrator for the CFO ERM team and a trusted advisor on managing risk and improving the assigned financial functions' control environments. More specifically, the ERM will support administering risk management programs, documenting risk and control assessments, completing control testing, writing and maintaining operating procedures and related control inventories, mapping processes, and fulfilling team and department-wide deliverables, such as requests from control groups (e.g., Compliance). Your Primary Responsibilities: Administration: Provide day-to-day administration of risk management activities and inventories, including the policies & procedures inventory, end user computing application inventory, and risk and control inventory. Control Testing: Assist teams with developing, executing, monitoring and reporting on management's control tests Control Environment Assessments: Support assessments of internal controls, document findings and potential issues. Process Mapping: Assist with documenting end-to-end process maps. Risk Profiles and reporting: Assist with completing risk profiles and other reporting for the Chief Financial Office. Action Plans: Advise on action plans to remediate audit findings and operational risk incidents and track their completion. Procedure Maintenance: Assist teams with writing and maintaining accurate procedures, verify edits meet documentation standards. Control Group Deliverables: Help teams interpret and fulfill requests from our internal control groups. Metrics: Assist with developing, maintaining, and reporting on key risk indicators and performance metrics.
