We are looking for a Depot Replenishment Operator who will bring support, organization and above all else, personality to our team. It is important to us that this person has the energy and desire to manage the execution of all activities that are deemed necessary to the position.

The notable responsibilities of the Depot Replenishment Operator are:

* Perform keyboard transactions to operate core systems, such as Mandate-may use Mandate to identify location of stock for replenishment or process for current need.
* Operations of pallet rider
* Operation of RC Truck in Unload
* Operation or Hi-Rider to locate cartons
* Use of telescopic conveyor to load outbound trailers
* Palletize and de-palletize cartons as needed
* Place cartons on conveyors from pallets
* Place broken pallets in designated area
* Handle exceptions following procedures
* Maintain established expectancy and accuracy goals

What the Depot Replenishment Operator already has:

* High School diploma or GED
* Equipment background is a HUGE PLUS
* Previous warehouse experience is a HUGE BONUS
* Ability to operate heavy equipment
* Ability to use a handheld scanner
* Experience driving a pallet rider and/or fork truck
* Good hand/eye coordination
* Excellent number correlation
* Flexibility with regards to job responsibilities
* Working knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Extremely strong customer service orientation and the ability to multi-task; with the desire to work in a very fast paced environment and an ability to not become frustrated with last minute changes
* Effective interpersonal and organizational skills
* Strong team orientation
* Excellent discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy
* Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quickly
* Must demonstrate an energetic, positive, helpful demeanor and a passion and interest in LS & Co.

We're seeking a Depot Manager in Colton, CA to join our team.

The Depot / Logistics Manager is responsible for safe and efficient operations; to plan, direct and coordinate activities related to inspection, repair, maintenance, and storage of intermodal equipment (containers, chassis, refrigerated containers, gensets, etc.), and equipment sales. The Depot Manager will develop and lead a highly effective team which is responsible to provide excellent service to internal and external Customers. The Depot Manager is an important role which can be an extremely challenging and rewarding position.

**Responsibilities**

**Depot / Logistics Manager**

+ Provides day-to-day management of employees to ensure a safe and productive workplace

+ Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements as well as corporate policies and procedures

+ Monitors operational activities to ensure KPIs are within acceptable standards

+ Meets customer needs and commitments

+ Oversees procurement to ensure working inventory is on hand and accounted for

+ Develops & maintains budget, identifies and communicates operational/financial adjustments

+ Partners with the team to establish goals and objectives for the operation; production, profitability, safety, and compliance which align with goals for the region and business unit

+ Monitors & evaluates performance, provides feedback to employees in an effective manner

+ Identifies local business opportunities and develops impactful relationships

+ Works with local Union representatives, communicates with Labor Department

+ Participates in community and industry functions as necessary to promote ITSC

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's degree preferred

+ Relevant industry experience with a minimum 5 years of successful management experience

+ Thorough understanding of the operation and maintenance of intermodal equipment, including but not limited to dry and reefer containers, trailers and chassis

+ Basic financial acumen, handling and accounting of expenses, revenue, and inventory

+ Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills

+ Excellent communication skills are mandatory

+ Proficient in Outlook and MS Office suite of products

+ Strong Work Ethic

+ Open availability

+ Willingness to work in varying weather conditions

The Global Site Activation (GSA) team is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul and Update (MRO&U) Depot Equipment Assurance Manager for the F135 and new engine programs. This includes initial and full capabilities for all U.S. and international MRO&U depots, as well Final Assembly & Check Out (FACO) centers. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure and experience across a wide variety of disciplines and organizations, while developing leadership skills and contributing to deliver critical capability to the War Fighter.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee on-time delivery and operational integration of all support tooling (SE), PHS&T and industrial equipment (IPE) required to establish a depot facility capable of providing maintenance, repair, overhaul, and warehouse services for the F135.

+ Act as the primary GSA liaison to key stakeholders Military Customer Support & Services (MCSS), Global Sustainment Services' Procurement and Delivery Assurance, and Sustainment Operations, for all activation SE / IPE requirements and deployments.

+ Closely collaborate with GSA program managers, to manage the entire SE/IPE value stream from initial requirements and procurement planning, supplier delivery, to depot receipt and technical readiness deployment.

+ Provide project management support for operations related equipment development, enhancements and/or quality resolutions to ensure sustained operational capability.

+ Produce and maintain standard work for all respective GSA procedures and ensure integration among all value stream stakeholders.

+ Travel Requirements, 20%-30%, all international locations

Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree required.

+ A minimum of 8 + years of experience in aerospace operations and/or aviation maintenance.

+ At least 3 years of demonstrated proficiency in materials or supply chain management, support equipment management, and/or operations / industrial project management in the aerospace industry is required.

+ US Citizenship is required due to government contracts.

+ Must have the ability to obtain a security clearance for compliance to US DoD security regulations is required.

+ Travel Requirements, 20%-30%, all international locations

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Direct experience in a gas turbine maintenance facility, and/or supporting its activation.

+ Familiarity with military contracts, and organizations such as JSF Joint Program Office and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).

+ Ability to quickly understand, interpret and communicate technical and facility requirements.

+ Proficiency in MS Office applications, SAP familiarity, and ability to quickly become adept in computer applications.

+ Ability to support a fast paced, dynamic, complex, and results-based environment.

+ Strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational / time management skills, and self-initiative; and demonstrated ability to lead others, deliver timely results and effectively interface at all organizational levels.

+ A working knowledge of Lean operating system(s) and continuous improvement tools (e.g., CORE, ACE, Six Sigma).
