    Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required. There is no payment required in order to apply or to work as an In-Home Usage Tester. You don't have to buy products or pay for shipping, everything is paid by our company. In-Home Usage Testers are considered independent contractors, we pay weekly every Wednesday by direct deposit or by cheque. We design and conduct In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) locally and nationally to provide actual user feedback in real-time to companies and market research firms to evaluate products to ensure proper product certification and greater market access. It is important to note that during your application process, reputable market research companies will determine your demographics and consumer profile to establish what products would be suitable for you to test. Market research companies that partner with us will use questionnaires to identify and target certain types of consumers, to ensure that the right participants are engaged and to achieve the representative sample needed. In-Home Usage Testing is a quick, easy and fun way to make extra cash by telling big brands what you think about their upcoming products and services in the American market. Assessors work on an as needed basis providing diagnostic evaluations for 10-15 hours per week. Hours worked are flexible and set by you! We are currently looking for assessors who are open to covering Cuyahoga and Lorain county. The Mental Health Assessor will complete diagnostic evaluations and paperwork within 48 hours, complete psychosocial history, and mental health assessment to obtain a mental health diagnosis. Qualified candidates will have an LSW, LPC, or MFT, however, an independent license is preferred. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply! Essential Functions: Evaluate current client and family functioning. Explain the mental health services of ACE Wellness' and engage family, youth, and other pertinent agencies. Obtain current insurance information to verify service coverage and benefits. Maintain current knowledge of DSM-V diagnoses and recommends treatment options and level of care. The diagnostic assessor completes mental health diagnostic evaluations and formulates a diagnosis according to the DSM-V criteria. Maintains knowledge of current psychological measures/ instruments. Obtains documents, information, and signatures from parents and clients that are necessary to complete assessments and evaluations. Summarize the major treatment issues and expected outcomes. Complete all reports within the necessary time frame. Meets with clients at all ACE locations, virtually or travels to client's homes to complete assessments. Attends all required staff training and staff meetings. Maintains regular and reliable attendance. May be involved in the planning, organization, and implementation of special events or department specific projects or seasonal program changes. In times of need, employees may be asked to complete related duties other than those indicated above as assigned by their supervisor. Performance/Physical Requirements: May involve extensive driving. A valid driver's license, safe driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance are required English reading and writing skills required Organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality required Works flexible hours Requires typing and computer competency, including Windows applications for typing case notes and other paperwork Receives referrals and delegates to the appropriate clinical staff. Qualifications: Minimum educational level for diagnostic assessor is a Bachelor's or Master's degree and Ohio LSW or LPC. LISW or LPCC is preferred. Minimum education level for psychological assessor or licensed psychologist is a Master's degree. Must have Ohio LPC, be enrolled in psychology doctoral program, be license eligible through the Ohio State Board of Psychology, or have a psychology license.
