  • Design and implement training programs to meet needs of response personnel and to comply with OSHA.
  • Prepare procedures, directives and evaluation of department programs.
  • Maintained department personnel and equipment records in accordance with privacy act and NFPA requirements.
  • Supervised daily activities and administrative functions of 70 firefighters.
  • Oversee Fire Department operations * Fire Prevention * Incident command at major and minor fire and rescue incidents
