Inspect all incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quality, and damage. Document discrepancies and initiate claims processes with carriers or suppliers. Supervise a team of warehouse associates, material handlers, and drivers. Schedule staff, assign daily tasks, enforce safety protocols, and provide training and performance feedback. Develop and implement efficient processes for receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping to improve accuracy and reduce costs. Ensure all shipping manifests, bills of lading, purchase orders, and inventory records are processed accurately. Maintain compliance with all safety (OSHA) and company policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field a plus. 3+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse supervision. Proficiency with inventory management software, warehouse management systems (WMS), and MS Office/Google Suite. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of shipping procedures, carrier requirements, and inventory best practices. Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) - certification may be required. Valid driver's license.

As a Navy Nurse, you may work at one of the highly acclaimed National Naval Medical Centers in Bethesda, MD, Portsmouth, VA, or San Diego, CA. Qualifications & Requirements A degree from a four-year college or university is a minimum educational requirement to become a Commissioned Officer. You must also attend Officer Training.
