I have worked for the county for 15 years now. It is an excellent place to work for. The pay is comparable or better than others doing the same work and the work environment is amazing.
I don’t have anything I don’t like.
I enjoy having a 4 day work week giving me 4 days off to play or do whatever I want in central Oregon. I also think our health benefits are amazing.
