Conduct outbound follow-up on sales and/or service leads in alignment with brand and dealership standards. Set clear, professional expectations with guests regarding appointment timing, vehicle availability, and next steps. Accurately schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments to support a seamless guest experience. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all guest interactions within the CRM system. Identify guest needs and ensure a smooth handoff to Sales Consultants, Service Advisors, or Management. Represent the Mercedes-Benz brand with professionalism, polish, and attention to detail in all communications. Utilize all available systems, tools, and applications to support lead management and guest communication. Maintain organized lead queues and follow-up activity to ensure consistency and accountability. Follow up with guests after appointments to confirm satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
