Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. Rate of Pay: $20.50 - $25.00 an hour About the Role Desert Haven Enterprises is seeking a Hab Crew Site Supervisor to oversee and support designated Hab Crews and job sites within our Work Readiness Program. This role ensures quality service delivery to our community partners while providing hands-on training, supervision, and guidance to staff and consumers with developmental disabilities. The Site Supervisor ensures that all contractual obligations are met safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Desert Havens mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and train Hab Crew Trainers and backup trainers in job-specific tasks, work quality, and safety.
* Conduct site walk-throughs and monthly quality assurance visits to ensure compliance with customer expectations.
* Provide ongoing coaching, support, and corrective action as needed to promote employee and consumer success.
* Coordinate daily crew scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing levels and operational efficiency.
* Communicate regularly with customers, case managers, and operations staff to maintain positive relationships and ensure service excellence.
* Oversee completion and submission of required reports and documentation (e.g., site schedules, curriculum, EPT logs, progress notes, safety reports).
* Serve as a role model for professionalism, ethical conduct, and inclusion.
Qualifications
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred (experience may substitute).
* Experience: Supervisory and scheduling experience required; project management and customer service experience preferred.
* Training/Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
* Skills:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate effectively.
* Proficiency in problem-solving, coaching, and documentation.
* Ability to work effectively with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

A. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide consistent, effective on-the-job training, coaching and support for consumers working within community-based employment, as well as for those participating in a paid internship, in a manner that assists and supports them to achieve the desired results and expectations for themselves and for their employers.
B. SPECIFIC DUTIES (essential functions are highlighted in bold print):
Attend all consumer-related meetings, as directed (pre-employment meeting, semi-annual/annual review, orientation, special-called ID Team meetings, etc.).
Review necessary paperwork to become familiar with consumer, employment site and position (Job Site Analysis, Worksite Assignment Form, Individual Habilitation Service Plan, Consumer Medical Information Record and Face Sheet).
Obtain weekly schedule and report to sites as scheduled.
Ensure consumer is adequately oriented to the worksite, job tasks, on-site supervisor and co-workers.
Complete Task Analysis Form (during the consumer s first week on the job).
Break down each task into its smallest component, step-by-step.
Monitor the consumer s performance with regard to each task step and document the level of proficiency on the form.
As the consumer becomes increasingly independent relative to each task, phase out the task analysis form.
Provide training, support and guidance to consumers in the completion of their job tasks in a manner that ensures optimal performance in compliance with employer specifications, as well as individual safety and success.
Provide guidance to the consumer in an orderly, purposeful and goal directed manner that is in keeping with the strengths and needs of the individual consumer.
Seek to create natural supports for the consumer within the work environment.
Seek to coach each consumer in the least intrusive manner possible and phase out as consumer becomes increasingly proficient on the job.
Make accurate, thorough, and timely objective observations of consumer s abilities, behaviors, attitudes, and performance and document accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum General Education: High school diploma, or equivalent; degree in related area preferred
