JOB DETAILS Responsibilities: Assist with the entire cleaning of buildings and surrounding areas including detail work, collecting trash, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, and mopping. This includes the fitness center, restaurants, bars, patios, cafeterias, bathrooms, and loading docks. Collect and take all dirty linen (towels, rags, robes, sheets) to the laundry and help as requested with the washing, drying and folding the linen. Keep lobby, conference rooms and dining rooms clean and organized, place chairs under tables. Restock all kitchens with cups, napkins, plates and utensils. Other duties as assigned by Manager. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions: Required to work days or nights, weekends, and holidays. Required to stand for long periods of time. Required to operate a motor vehicle. Hand waters golf course as directed by supervisors. Perform technical tasks and manual labor involved in maintaining and repairing golf course irrigation systems. Operate and maintain pumping equipment. Read water flow meters. Repair broken pipe and swing joints. Perform preventive maintenance on Cla-valves, PRV screens (including pressure settings). Change head spacing for more effective water distribution. Raise or lower irrigation heads as required. Monitor and reset angle of spray on part-circle heads so that only turf is irrigated.
