In this role, you will play a key role in helping the company achieve our vision to become the finest private club and community for golf and recreational lifestyle activities in North America! You will maintain the overall cleanliness of all public areas, employee areas, kitchens, and restrooms in the clubhouses. You will report directly to Housekeeping Supervisors and the Assistant Director of Housekeeping.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic. Prior professional cleaning experience is preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license with no traffic violations within the last 3 years.

JOB DETAILS Responsibilities:
Assist with the entire cleaning of buildings and surrounding areas including detail work, collecting trash, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, and mopping. This includes the fitness center, restaurants, bars, patios, cafeterias, bathrooms, and loading docks.
Collect and take all dirty linen (towels, rags, robes, sheets) to the laundry and help as requested with the washing, drying and folding the linen.
Keep lobby, conference rooms and dining rooms clean and organized, place chairs under tables.
Restock all kitchens with cups, napkins, plates and utensils.
Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
Required to work days or nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required to stand for long periods of time.
Required to operate a motor vehicle.

Desert Mountain Club has moved from a gratuity-based wage structure to a higher flat-dollar wage structure for all hourly Food & Beverage positions. Our Golf Course Food & Beverage Attendant's will start at $19 per hour or more depending on experience. This is a guaranteed year-round wage, based on hours worked, without fluctuations in pay due to business levels or seasonality. Cart Barn - sample tasks include: Stage golf carts with golf bags. Maintain staging area, driving range, and practice area set-up. Cleans golf clubs, receive members at end of round, records finish time and reports it to the Golf Shop Cleans and maintains golf carts and cart barn area. Carries out starting and marshaling duties.
Valet/Bag Drop - sample tasks include: Brings customer golf bags to golf cart. Parks vehicles (pull keys) in designated valet parking areas and retrieves vehicles on request. Loads and unloads golf bags in/out of vehicles.
Starter - sample tasks include: Reviews a prepared list of golf course rules. Informs Members of any unusual conditions that exist on the course. Communicates with other Outside Service Staff to ensure that all players tee off at their scheduled times. Records Fee Structure and Transportation. Submit completed Tee Sheet to Golf Shop.
Ranger - sample tasks include: Monitors all play on the golf course, with special attention to the area of pace play. Recommends possible solutions to customers concerning on course problems, especially pace of play. Report golf course play situation to the golf shop staff at regular intervals. Repair ball marks and fix divots as needed. Check water and ice stations and restock supplies as needed. Deliver messages to customers on the golf course.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, with continual emphasis on promoting employee health and safety. Assists in training colleagues in proper safety techniques.

Primary Purpose:
This position performs semi-skilled grounds construction and maintenance work on the golf course under the supervision of the assistant superintendent. As the employee progresses in their skill set using various equipment and has become more proficient in their role, the employee will have the ability to grow in their career.
Essential Functions:
Operates large mowers, tractors and other light equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsible for checking fluid levels before operating any machine.
Responsible for reporting any abnormalities discovered while operating machinery to supervisor.
Returns all equipment to the designated location at the maintenance facility; wash equipment at the end of each day.
Maintain teeing ground.
Weed tee surrounds and other turf areas.
Plant bushes, shrubs, and other native plants.
Edges, rakes, and maintains sand bunkers.
Edges cart paths and around fairway yardage markers.
Hand raking leaves and other debris.
Operates turf vac, skip-loader, fairway and rough aerifier and boom sprayer.
Pick up grass piles.

Our bussers will start at $19.50 per hour or more depending on experience. This is a guaranteed year-round wage, based on hours worked, without fluctuations in pay due to business levels or seasonality. You will also have the opportunity to advance in pay and position based on merit and performance through annual merit increases and the career ladder (various levels in each position based on performance, skills, knowledge, etc.)

Reset tables and ensure tables and chairs are free of food particles and water spots. Set tables with clean linens, china, silverware and glassware with attention to proper positioning of each.
Remove dirty dishes from dining room and carry them to the dishwashing area.

Troubleshoot, inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment and equipment systems. Assist Manager or Irrigation Technician II in maintaining and performing repairs on complex irrigation (automatic) systems.
Hand waters golf course as directed by supervisors.
Perform technical tasks and manual labor involved in maintaining and repairing golf course irrigation systems.

Read water flow meters.
Repair broken pipe and swing joints.

Takes members/guests orders. Place orders with kitchen; informs expeditors about any special cooking instructions.
Assembles food on tray; procures items from each station as necessary.
Serves meal; places dishes by courses in front of each person.
Checks back to ensure member/guest satisfaction; replenishes water and butter as necessary.
Verifies accuracy of prices and other charges on all checks. Ensures that members sign their checks accordingly.
Removes spoiled dishes.
Suggests and serves dessert, coffee and after dinner drinks.

Valet/Bag Drop - sample tasks include: Brings customer golf bags to golf cart. Parks vehicles (pull keys) in designated valet parking areas and retrieves vehicles on request. Loads and unloads golf bags in/out of vehicles.
Starter - sample tasks include: Reviews a prepared list of golf course rules. Informs Members of any unusual conditions that exist on the course. Communicates with other Outside Service Staff to ensure that all players tee off at their scheduled times. Records Fee Structure and Transportation. Submit completed Tee Sheet to Golf Shop.
Ranger - sample tasks include: Monitors all play on the golf course, with special attention to the area of pace play. Recommends possible solutions to customers concerning on course problems, especially pace of play. Report golf course play situation to the golf shop staff at regular intervals. Repair ball marks and fix divots as needed. Check water and ice stations and restock supplies as needed. Deliver messages to customers on the golf course.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, with continual emphasis on promoting employee health and safety. Assists in training colleagues in proper safety techniques.

Primary Purpose:
Responsible for maintaining buildings and property in quality condition. Cleans, repairs, and conducts
maintenance of buildings, furniture, fixtures and equipment.
Essential Functions:
Assist in daily operations of repair and maintenance; promptly handles all maintenance problems within the department areas of responsibility.
Ensure that premises and equipment are well maintained, clean and safe.
Be available on call 24/7 to respond to emergency situations pertaining to the physical plant, i.e. System failure, water leaks, etc.
Ensure the efficient and prompt handling of all department work orders and requests as well as preventative maintenance.
Maintain pertinent data records, logs and manuals relative to the technical operations of Facilities and equipment.
Completion of daily route cleaning duties in assigned areas of the property including the use of gas powered blowers and garden hoses so all spaces are kept in pristine, clean condition for our members/residents.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, with continual emphasis on promoting employee health and safety. Assists in training colleagues in proper safety techniques.
Work professionally with management, other departments and with our members making us the friendliest and most engaging club in the world.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Continuing education or vocational training preferred.
Minimum one year of related experience.
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing and other repair work. HVAC certification preferred.
Age 18 with a valid Arizona Driver's License.
Reliable and predictable attendance.
Position will be required to work a varied on-call schedule that may include evenings, nights, and week-ends.

Primary Purpose:
This position performs semi-skilled grounds construction and maintenance work on the golf course under the supervision of the assistant superintendent. As the employee progresses in their skill set using various equipment and has become more proficient in their role, the employee will have the ability to grow in their career.
Essential Functions:
Operates large mowers, tractors and other light equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsible for checking fluid levels before operating any machine.
Responsible for reporting any abnormalities discovered while operating machinery to supervisor.
Returns all equipment to the designated location at the maintenance facility; wash equipment at the end of each day.
Maintain teeing ground.
Weed tee surrounds and other turf areas.
Plant bushes, shrubs, and other native plants.
Edges, rakes, and maintains sand bunkers.
Edges cart paths and around fairway yardage markers.
Hand raking leaves and other debris.
Operates turf vac, skip-loader, fairway and rough aerifier and boom sprayer.
Pick up grass piles.
Apply divot mix to driving range tee and other tees on the golf course.
Fill divot bottles with divot mix.
Clean restrooms and break room as assigned.
Weed eating around trees, bunkers, and cart path curbs.
Mow greens with walking greens mower.
Compact golf course bunkers with vibratory tamper
Lay Sod
