Cons of working at Desert Schools Federal Credit Union

Very low salary compared to other financial institutions, no bonuses for professional employees. I was very much overworked at this company, earning far below the average pay rate. If you want to have a good start of your career, do yourself a favor and enroll into a rotational internship program at the bank.
