Must have at least 2 years of working experience in DevOps capacity, preferably working in support capacity as a DevOps Engineer in a fast-paced health insurance environment.
• Must have experience working in the SQL environment, MySQL, SQL Server, Elasticsearch.
• Must have proven and successful experience developing large scale software solutions preferably using open source technologies like Java, Python and etc.
• Must have 2 years of working experience in cloud environment, preferably AWS.
• Must have good communication skills, both in written and in verbal form.
• Desired to have knowledge of configuration management tools.
•Works with customers to identify service-related needs and offers the most appropriate solutions providing world-class customer service.
•Diagnoses and resolves system functionality issues including performing queries for data/information using tools.
•Walks customers through service functionality leveraging technical, business documents
•Provides solutions and resolution to customer trouble tickets.
•Interfaces with customers over the phone/ServiceNow providing status updates and ensuring service is working as per technical document.
•Escalates appropriate technical issues to upper-level technical support when needed.

Monitor ticketing system and ensure trouble ticket are updated with appropriate status
•Build MS Excel reports by working with technical & business teams for customers

•Must be a consistently flexible, independent, self-motivated problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
•Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills when working with both internal and external customers.
•Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel. Internet browser
•Ability to multi-task in a Microsoft Windows environment and utilize multiple programs for troubleshooting.
•Experience with common internet software is preferred.
•Problem solving skills and self-curious learner, who can learn and use tools to solve customer issues

• Proven experience in large, web-based, cutting edge, web application software development projects using the Agile methodology
• Experience using Axure or a related tool to create low and high-fidelity wireframes and mockups

The Intelligence and Homeland Security Group of Leidos is seeking an Organization Design-Assessment Analyst to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda MD (ICC-B). An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position. The candidate will support Government staff in developing a broad range of written products in support of senior leadership and USG policymakers.
Primary Responsibilities

• Serves as the expert organizational designer leveraging the org assessment and gap analysis to create the organizational design

• Identifies and evaluates government workforce strengths, weaknesses, and performance drivers

• Determines current DEIA state across the IC and individual Agencies

• Coordinates with the DEIA Lead and Strategic HC Support Lead to assess the organization using the DEIA Maturity Framework and implement the DEIA initiatives

• Conducts working groups sessions to obtain IC organization input

• Conducts assessments via surveys

• Designs solutions

• Provides courses of action and recommendations to leadership

• Interfaces with government stakeholders within HC, HRM, EEO, DEI, 18 IC Agencies CHCOs, other task order PMs, DEIA Lead, Advocacy Lead

Basic Qualifications

+ Requires BA/BS with 12 years of experience with at least 4 years of management level responsibility. Incumbent has specialized knowledge in at least one area of expertise and a general knowledge in 1-2 other areas.

+ Requires active TS/SCI with Poly level clearance

+ Expert level experience with government workforce planning, organizational design, organizational assessment, and gap analysis

across the IC and individual Agencies

+ Proven success facilitating working groups sessions and survey assessments

+ Extensive experience with DEIA related Processes and Activities to include Organizational development & assessment, evaluation, and Gap analysis

+ Excellent oral and written communications skills.

+ Highly proficient with DEIA tools including MS Office

Pay Range:Pay Range $101,400.00 - $156,000.00 - $210,600.00
