Senior DesignArchitect Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage architectural projects, primarily in the public K12 education sector
Serve as the lead for the LA office, managing a team of architects
Lead client presentations, interface with school districts, and develop new business
Write proposals, participate in marketing and business development initiatives
Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and code compliance, particularly DSA
Collaborate with leadership on firm-wide initiatives and shared projects

Senior DesignArchitect Requirements:

The resources for running SAS Forecast Server should be comfortable executing project setup, running models, creating / evaluating tables of outputs, understand forecast reconciliations (for hierarchical models) and understanding how to incorporate events / inputs into forecasting models.
These people could be relatively more junior as we have relatively well defined process in place for typical time series model development and validation.
Responsibilities:
The resources for running SAS Forecast Server should be comfortable executing project setup, running models, creating / evaluating tables of outputs, understand forecast reconciliations (for hierarchical models) and understanding how to incorporate events / inputs into forecasting models.
These people could be relatively more junior as we have relatively well defined process in place for typical time series model development and validation. As for the team, we are anticipating that they can work virtually and that they will not need to be located in NYC.
However, they will be ask to come into NYC sporadically. Anyone more than 2 hours away, will have travel and hotel reimbursed. Food will not be reimbursed

We are seeking a licensed Project Architect to join our established Architecture Department within an integrated Design/Build (DB) construction company that focuses on military construction projects. The Project Architect will actively manage multiple projects and provide oversight across a variety of key disciplines including fire protection/life safety, civil, landscape architecture, structural, interior design, mechanical/plumbing, electrical, and telecommunications/audio visual/security. The Project Architect will work closely with other engineers and architects to provide strong client management and representation for the duration of the projects. RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Registered Architect, required
* NCARB certificate, preferred
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture, required
* 15 or more years of experience in construction documentation with projects valued at $30-$150 million
* Strong understanding of civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and low voltage systems
* Strong understanding of architectural construction detailing and technical expertise
* Department of Defense (DoD) experience, preferred
* Proficiency with and experience using Revit software

PAY & BENEFITS
The approximate pay range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 per year. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of the posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, and skillset.
