Responsibilities:

Coordination of Mechanical design work with other trades such as structure, architecture, and other Electrical work (Electrical, ELV, Vertical transportation work etc. not limited to) Liaison with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local codes Develop work schedule with sub-contractors (or NSC) for shop drawings and CSD (combined shop drawing) submission and approval in time basis and keep monitoring sub-contractors' performance good. Troubleshooting of crashes between M&E systems and structure and architectural system. Lead, manage, and mentor sub-contractor's engineers in the technical aspects of projects Ensure timeliness and cost-effectiveness on M&E works Monitor Sub-Contactors' daily and weekly progress performance (labor status, work area, work done etc.) and make report for reviewing and further planning Managing the project documentation which includes shop drawings

Qualifications:

Degree in Mechanical related subject Engineering with more than 10 years of relevant experience Capability of coordination with Mechanical system Familiar with various construction methods and materials, their characteristics, installation procedures and tolerances. Strong computer skills and familiarity with Auto-cad & BIM modeling. Having knowledge of relevant local regulation and Global Standards

Virtual Design Coordinator responsibilities include performing activities relating to the 2D/3D modeling and coordination support of electrical projects, quality control and standards for 2D/3D modeling, document management control and electronic filing structures. Routinely meet with appropriate parties to verify that work is being performed in a productive manner and meets the requirements of the clients and ensure proper and accurate cost tracking documentation is being maintained on assigned project areas. Advanced understanding of 3D modeling standards, techniques, and principles and of electrical and general construction and MEP coordination. Proficient with IT networks, infrastructure, hardware, and various CAD/Modeling software applications. Maintains positive relationships with clients, vendors, and coworkers in the organization.

Design Concept Coordinator - (03ED9) Description The Design Coordinator provides administrative support to the Design Concept team. This role will need to be forward thinking, a creative problem solver and anticipate needs of the Design Team. They must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and have the willingness to learn and understand the business operations. Ideal candidates would have a passion for and an understanding of a specialty retail environment. This individual will ensure Design leaders and cross-functional partners are prepared with all materials and information for meetings, events and travel. They will also compile materials for reports and support team meetings. Additionally, they need to have highly functioning calendar skills and will be responsible for managing dynamic/evolving calendars fully, acting as a gatekeeper to ensure efficiencies in the flow of the day. They may also assist with other department-specific projects as needed.
Travel & Expense Management
o Responsible for planning patterning trips for the Design team and cross-functional leaders, inclusive of booking travel accommodations, arranging ground transportation, creating/managing agendas, and making reservations for team dinners.
o Must ensure all expenses are submitted in a timely manner
o Work collaboratively with Executive Assistants to ensure group travel is covered appropriately, based on the purpose and attendees of trips
Calendar Maintenance
o Manage calendar for Design Concept team, including organizing and planning the daily schedule
o Responsible for setting up team meetings, scheduling conference rooms, and prep sessions when necessary per meeting cadence
o Responsible for assisting with printing all documents/pre-reads, including preparing and compiling presentation documents for meetings
o Review emails for priority information and meeting requests as directed
o Schedule touchbases and staff meetings. Troubleshoot schedules as needed. Stay updated on teams' priorities on a daily basis
Other Admin Support/Ad Hoc Projects
o Support peers as needed for PTO coverage or other out-of-office needs
o Assists with technology requirements including video conferencing, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel reporting
o Assist HR with HR Access changes, and new hire set-up needs
o Work on various ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications • Minimum of three years of work experience in an administrative support capacity, providing support to multiple leaders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment required
