**Purpose of Role**
We are seeking a visionary Creative Director with deep expertise in brand strategy and copywriting to lead the development of our brand voice and narrative across all touchpoints, including product marketing. Focus
The Senior Director of Development is responsible for planning, implementing and managing fundraising initiatives for the College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP), with a goal of increasing gifts in the $100K to $1M+ range. Specific Duties

Personally manage a portfolio of major gift prospects ($100,000+); cultivate and solicit major and special gifts by making visits to alumni and friends within and outside the Cincinnati region in conjunction with the UCF development program.
Work closely with the Dean, academic departments, and other college personnel to prioritize college fundraising initiatives and activities. Facilitate the understanding and participation of faculty and professional staff leaders in the development process.
Work collaboratively with UCF departments and fundraising specialists (prospect development, gift planning, corporate and foundation relations, and national programs) to enhance fundraising revenue and donor impact.
Assist development officers, the Dean, and donors to develop proposals and gift agreements that adhere to the UC Foundation Gift Acceptance Policy and that reflect the intentions of the donor and the needs of the university.
Ensure appropriate stewardship of gifts and donors, developing and maintaining strong relationships with major donors, stakeholders and partners.
Engage the support and partnership of faculty and professional staff leaders in the college to facilitate both their understanding of and participation in the development process.
Recruit and involve volunteers for college activities; coordinate with the Dean, the engagement and activities of advisory boards and/or other volunteer groups which support the college's advancement efforts.
Maintain excellent working relationships with DAAP faculty and staff, and external relations personnel.
Prepare timely contact reports and ensure the accuracy of monthly reports.
Participate fully in the UCF prospect and clearance process.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of progressively responsible major gift fundraising experience or advanced degree with 5-7 years of experience.

TRC is hiring a Distribution Designer and this position will be working within our Power Distribution Engineering team and a part of our growing Power Sector.
Responsibilities
* Perform detailed design of overhead and/or underground electric distribution systems. This work includes the preparation of field notes, drawings, specifications, and design estimates. Possess an analytical competence to interact with variety of individuals including engineers and experienced distribution system designers.
* Acquire a working knowledge of the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC), national engineering standards, utility constructions standards, and best industry engineering practices.
* Acquire broad knowledge of engineering disciplines, including design and constructability as applied to construction methods and materials, and the economics involved
* Maintains production and quality of projects, including field data, photographs, engineering analysis, reports, various departmental reports and databases; including file management of all documents and records as instructed by departmental guidelines
* Preparation and modification of electrical and roadway drawings, specifications, calculations, charts & graphs, and construction drawing packages
* Perform various field technical services for the operation, inspection, and maintenance of electrical distribution systems including system inventories and audits, joint use management and permitting, pad-mount inspections, ground-line pole inspections, metering and apparatus services, lighting audits, etc.
* Perform field data collection utilizing laptop computer, tablet device, GPS, and other electronic devices to collect data for input into database software as necessary.
* Develop a working knowledge telephone, cable, and other communication facilities.
* Operate necessary equipment to take measurements on utility poles and mid-span facilities, perform pole inspections, inspect, and perform maintenance on pad-mount equipment, etc.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education:

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ 7+ years of professional experience
+ 5+ years leading design teams, both as a technical lead and a people leader
+ 5+ years of hands-on design experience supporting both mobile and web, preferably within a retail or pharmacy domain
+ 3+ years of advanced proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma), accessibility standards (WCAG), and integrating research into design delivery
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Demonstrated success coaching and developing designers, with a portfolio of accessible, user-centered healthcare solutions
+ Strong project management, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
+ Experience leading teams through change, balancing delivery with colleague development and well-being
+ Excellent communication, feedback, and storytelling abilities
+ Experience in an Agile environment

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$106,605.00 - $284,280.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
