Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related MEP discipline.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical codes and standards, including:

About the Role
A strategic and hands-on leader, the Manager, Brand Design plays a pivotal role expressing Equip's brand identity through business-driving visual storytelling. The Technical Design Manager will have experience in the documentation, management and development of temporary construction projects. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Role Overview:
Lead technical design efforts remotely, overseeing the creation and management of precise 2D technical drawings primarily in AutoCAD, while coordinating with teams on project deliverables, inventory tracking via Excel or other method, and ensuring compliance with standards.
Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:
Direct the preparation and review of detailed 2D technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD, prioritizing precision for construction applications.

Our ideal CAD Manager will have a diverse background in the AEC industry, and be a proactive communicator willing to work cooperatively with managers and production leads that know how to get the work done.
CAD Manager responsibilities may include:
* Oversight & maintenance of FDOT\IDOT\MnDOT CAD standards throughout the company.
* Assist in creating/maintaining Corporate and Local Detail Library.
* Open Roads Designer (ORD) standards and workflows to promote work-sharing between offices.
* Beta test software/upgrades/add-ons prior to company-wide deployments.
* Assist in troubleshooting software/workflow problems in day-to-day operations.
* Record drawing standardization and protocols.
* E-Field booking programming and standardization.
* Attendance to user groups to ensure team is using efficient means within the software.
* Prepare renderings and project simulations.
* Application support/knowledge management.
* Lead training sessions.
We are considering candidates for our CAD Manager position who meet the following basic qualifications:
* A minimum of 5 years of production CAD experience, focused on the transportation discipline but interacting with and leveraging models and drawings from multiple disciplines for coordination.
* 2-year technical degree preferred.
* Open Roads Designer and MicroStation experience required.
* Production-work capable within a specific discipline.
* Knowledge of National CAD Standard documents a plus.
* Technical writing and documentation skills a plus.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple short and long-term tasks and project deadlines.

About the Role Ready to take your creative career to the next level? As a remote Art Director on Morley's award-winning in-house creative team, you'll lead with vision and creativity, shaping experiences for major brands across digital, interactive, print and event platforms.
You'll translate business goals into innovative experiences that grow our brand and those of our Fortune 500 clients.
This role requires a people-first leadership approach and the ability to guide teams to deliver extraordinary customer-centric experiences on time and within budget.
Expertise in digital and print design, motion graphics and video is essential.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be able to develop concepts and ideas from scratch, confidently pitch them to leadership, and keep an eye on the big picture while also getting hands-on with individual tasks.

What You'll Do
* Create bespoke designs for both digital and print, working from concept through execution of finished art
* Motion design including 2D and 3D animations
* Video concept development, storyboards and editing
* Deliver solutions that include web design, prototypes, experiential event identities and communications, large-format graphics, architectural / scenic renderings, stage and event décor, data visualizations, presentations, design / speaker support, collateral and social media graphics
* Translate conceptual and strategic business ideas into striking design solutions and unforgettable storytelling
* Concisely and strongly communicate strategy, design concepts and creative ideas to internal and external partners / clients and effectively articulate the rationale for design decisions
* Contribute to the evolution of our current brand portfolio, while assisting in concepting future brand development
* Proactively manage multiple projects at once while meeting all deadlines and prioritizing work to accommodate tight deadlines that support clients in the Eastern and Pacific time zones
* Collaborate with:
* Clients and / or project management teams to understand client business needs
* Our in-house creative team
* Live event production partners, writers, video / motion graphic studios and marketing / communications executives

* Be a team leader that efficiently delegates project tasks to internal and external talent to:
